I use Phakeys on a regular basis, and have needed to approach the pharmacist with rather embarrassing issues in the past. Victor in particular has been extremely helpful and has always made me feel at ease. I would recommend Phakeys to anybody new to the area, or wishing to change Pharmacists.

Not sure what happened to the people with negative reviews but I have only relatively recently been using this place for about 8 months. They have been absolutely brilliant, the lady that takes most of the initial orders is such a nice person, she has a wonderful way with all the customers, young and old. She advised me about the prepayment card and saved me a fortune. The dispensing chap has always been polite and efficient. I can honestly say that this is one of the best of its kind in my experience.

It used be be poor service from the pharmacists who owned it. They gave me the the wrong drugs on 3 separate occasions. Now the new pharmacists have taken over they are polite, helpful and much better with customer services. The counter staff have always been good.

I'm reading a lot of negative reviews but I honestly give it 5 stars. I use the pharmacy at least once a week and not only is their consulting advice really good but they really are very helpful all round and polite. They do prescriptions as quick as any other place. They do have new pharmacists since a lot of reviews.
