Prescriptions4U was introduced to us by a friend. After moving to Notts from London things were not quite easy for us, but Prescriptions4U has proved that they can make your life much easier. Highly professional, very polite and well mannered over the phone and in person. Never had an issue with medicines being delivered since we changed our chemists. Reliable service and friendly staff. I was previously with boots pharmacy on aspley lane. I am very disappointed with their service. Every time I called them I was put on hold and then they would let the call drop. I would have to go to the pharmacy to remind them that my monthly regular medication is due. I have multiple health conditions and I take alot of medications regularly. Boots pharmacy can simply not offer what they advertise. I have since changed to prescription 4u and could not Be more happier with their service. They are reliable. Efficient and they offer great customer service. The pharmacist is always happy to talk about any medication worries I may have. There is no hassle here. They order and deliver my medication on time every time. I can not praise this pharmacy enough and would recommend this pharmacy to everyone out there. You will see the difference yourself

I just want to say a great thank you to the Pharmacy for their exceptional support in taking care of my grandma. She has been suffering immensely with Sepsis, the NHS itself were failing to provide her with sufficient and appropriate care. As a result, we chose to take care of her ourselves with the suitable carers. I was recommended by one of them to get her prescriptions from Prescriptions4You. Before she was with this Pharmacy, she had to take a series of medications, the treatment was often poor and sometimes she would not have had her medication on time. Her health started to deteriorate until Prescriptions4You. We have only been with Prescriptions4U for a few months, although they’ve always been super reliable, on time and provided great care. As well as this, we can see a great improvement in her health which is our priority. On many occasions, the Pharmacist has even taken the extra time out to speak with my grandma and ensure she fully understood what she was taking. As you can imagine this whole experience has been quite stressful and upsetting for the family, but with the Pharmacy being so on the ball with things it truly has helped. Outstanding service from these guys. Always going above and beyond with their services. Delivery of Medication for my mum was always an issue with our previous providers, but that problem is now in the past. Been with these guys from day one, and we've never had any issues with getting my mothers medication. When we first signed up with Prescriptions4U, they came out on request, spoke about any issues we had and any questions we put to them giving mum the peice of mind she needed.
