Staff are polite, quick and communicate clearly every time we need their assistance. I also had my 2nd covid jab here and it was a very positive experience as opposed to the one at the city hospital where I was treated just like a number. Riverside pharmacy staff actually listened to me, gave me their time and the lady was genuinely kind, calm and supportive. This whole covid thing vaccination took its toll on me but you helped me regain the faith in high standard health care and humanity. Thank you. And thank you for the volunteers, they were very welcoming and helpful. Bless them

My partner had her first covid jab here they were great . All the staff are very polite and helpful. I just wanted to take a moment to recognise the quality of care she received. And a special thank you to the St Johns Ambulance volunteer who was in the waiting room checking on people and wiping down surfaces . Your all doing a great job 👏👍

I visited this pharmacy this morning for an emergency prescription, I dont have to go to go to my gp often and this pharmacy is conveniently just underneath. I handed in my prescription and asked to speak to the pharmacist about the medication, he was knowledgeable and reassuring, the service was super quick and I've signed up for their repeat prescription service. All staff were friendly and there were lots of smiles. All round great atmosphere. Definitely recommend 5* service

Best Pharmacy team I've come across, lovely girls! Parents recently moved up to the area; the staff there were very helpful in getting their prescriptions transferred across from the new GP surgery, and sorted out the dates with the doctor so they get all their medication at once. After all the trouble we've had with numerous Pharmacies not dealing with problems and not answering the phone, this was a breath of fresh air for us! Pharmacist there was brilliant too, young man who was very cheerful and informative, told us crucial information about one of the tablets that Dads never been told before in his 15 years taking the tablet! Also he was great at flu jabs, parents didnt feel a thing and done in minutes! Great Pharmacy service all round

Raza did a great job with my flu injection didn't realised he had done he also told me when my covid booster was due helpful with my medication when I got diagnosed with been diabetic . He also has a great team BUT THE OPENING TIMES ONLINE NEED UPDATING

Great Place, Good Sound Advice with very pleasant staff. Always happy to answer my questions and give proper advice. Found it hard to get a GP appointment so called in to speak to the pharmacists who took the time to listen to my problem and provide me with a solution. Would definitely recommend.

i use this pharmacy everyday to collect my prescription. the staff are always very friendly and genuinely take in interest and always make an effort to ask how i am and if im ok. i always get my script promptly and efficiently. i am always told when they are closed and when it is bank holidays so i dont miss a day. thankyou bulwell riverside for always being so helpful. :)

Just been to collect prescription and offered my flu jab whilst there to save me going to the pharmacy next to my Doctor and this was given by the Pharmacist called Irfan, just want to say what a lovely chap he was, so polite and friendly and very gentle didn’t need to scream lol. the chap that got my prescription ready for me which I didn’t take his name sorry was also great..
