Absolutely wonderful service. I live in a rural area and the Trust Pharmacy at the City have been providing an absolutely wonderful delivery service for my vital prescriptions. Utterly reliable, always on time, a life saver as I can’t get into Nottingham to collect. Thank you for providing such a great service, it would be a real struggle to find an alternative.

I’ve had a few encounters with QMC pharmacy and last night (05/01 @ roughly 19:30pm) was by far the best. Date and time noted as this review was determined by the lovely gentleman who dealt with my prescription (I didn’t catch his name). The gentlemen was approachable, informative, and compassionate; offered to bring my prescription round to where I would be sitting given I was struggling to walk and then went through side affects of the drug. Previous visits I’ve roughly waited no longer than 30 minutes during peak times, last night was roughly a 10 minute wait with roughly 30 prescriptions ready on the TV screen.

I had to visit the pharmacy on the evening of Friday 20th May to collect a prescription that had not been delivered to my home that day as planned. Clearly the pharmacy was very busy and my prescription couldn’t be found. A very polite young man asked me into the consultation room and explained they were having difficulties. He was clearly very tired and under pressure. I didn’t want to add to his difficulties but he said he would keep looking, and offered me a drink whilst I was waiting. He was lovely, patient, polite, respectful and genuinely wanted to help me. After a few minutes he returned with the prescription! My guess is this lad and the other staff deal with a fair amount of grief from customers so PLEASE PLEASE THANK HIM for doing such an amazing job. He apologised for my medicine not reaching me but in my opinion he had nothing to apologise for - he did his job superbly well. I shook his hand and wished him all the best - please pass on my thanks and recognition to him! Well done!!

I am leaving this review on behalf of my uncle who told me about his experience with trust pharmacy today. My uncle has recently arrived in this country and does not speak English very well, he told me how he was served by a male member of staff in the evening who went out of his way to translate and made an attempt to speak to my uncle in his native language (Arabic), he was also given a seperate piece of paper with the instructions for how to take the medication in Arabic and English and was wished a happy Ramadan and it is so nice to know that instead of being viewed as just another patient his experience was tailored to him as an individual.

Sorry for thinking it was you guys I checked and it's really not the same place. The website I bought online, they are using 3 names: Trust Pharmacy World Famous Pharmacy on the website. md.cocireceitas.com in the confirmation email and HealthCareDep in the bank statement It's frauds and thieves and they're robbing me Before buying I looked at the feedbacks here so I believe a lot of people are making the same mistake as me, sorry again for thinking it was you

Best pharmacy I've been to. All the staff were so friendly and helpful when I came to get an emergency supply of medication. They seem to be very busy but are friendly and caring despite this. The waiting time for medication is a bit long - around 25 minutes - but this is to be expected for a hospital pharmacy (they probably have a lot more prescriptions to organise than normal pharmacies). It's also clear that they are very efficient so it's not a matter of inefficiency - just a lot of work to do! I would love to get my medication from here regularly because the staff are so nice but due to the wait time I will probably choose a different pharmacy. That doesn't reflect on the quality of the pharmacy though - it's just practically easier for me. Thank you for your help :)

Due to it being the bank holiday and our babies medication being increased we realised we would not have enough to last us 4 days. We called Trust pharmacy and they were absolutely amazing, they were able to deal with our local gp’s prescription for our son. The pharmacist i met was very good and thorough, the service was efficient and Kash on the front desk was so helpful, understanding and friendly considering I was quite stressed on a Friday night. It was a real Pleasure to deal with the pharmacy from start to finish. I was really impressed. Thank you

Grateful for all that the team here are doing. The service is open long hours - to midnight during the week - but waiting times are usually long even late night. Didn't enjoy having to wait around for >30 mins in a hospital.

A really good pharmacy!!! I was given lots of advice from the pharmacist Sadia who is brilliant and often saves me lots of trips to the doctors. The staff are very helpful. Considering how badly the NHS are funded these people are doing a fab job! Well done trust pharmacy!
