P. D.After a very poor service from a different Pharmacy, I decided to use Hyde Park Pharmacy to order my parents' medication. The young lady at the counter took all our details. The next day I received a SMS to advise my Dad's script was ready to collect. Called in today and gave his name. The same young lady was serving and immediately asked if I was collecting Mum's also. I said I had not received a SMS about hers. I was very impressed she remembered me and also my Mum's name after just one visit. Mum's script was also ready. Very happy so far.
T. H.Fabulous service advising alternative urgent meds that were available instead if waiting 4 days. We sorted out with devon doctors for new prescription to be sent electronically to Hyde Park Pharmacy. Can't thank them enough!
Z. S.Used to go here all the time. Great selection of over the counter products. However on last two occasions it has gone downhill. I had a prescription for my son but it did not state "capsules" just the name of the medication. He is a child with additional needs so important he has the same each time. I asked for the capsules and explained why but was told they were too expensive and the pharmacist would refuse and i'd have to take the prescription back to be rewritten. Maybe need some training around disability. On another occasion I had to have a med review. The pharmacist suggested I start taking a 10 minute walk a day to stay active. I explained I spend 1-2 hours a day in the gym/swimming and he said "yes but you really should start walking 10 minutes a day". Very odd. Started using a different chemist after the issue with the capsules.

A. M.Well stocked and friendly local chemist. Pharmacist available as well as knowledgeable staff to answer questions. Go the extra mile on many occasions, such as ordering special items and ringing when they are in. Stocks a range of everyday items, vitamins and other Healthcare items.
