I have always found Reading Pharmacy to be so friendly and helpful and use them as my preferred pharmacy. They went above and beyond when there were supply issues with my newborn twins lactose free milk, with them sourcing some emergency tins from another pharmacy and chasing the manufacturer for delivery of the full prescription amount. They really did care and wanted to sort the issue out for which I am very thankful for

Called the pharmacy late one Friday night for some antibiotics that were very much needed! The pharmacy very kindly stayed open late for me as they knew how much I needed the antibiotics and the GP was taking ages to send over the prescription. The customer service at Reading Pharmacy always exceeds expectations. They are efficient, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile - they happily sorted out a mix up with my prescription directly with my GP then called me to let me know it was ready. We had been on their waiting list for the flu vaccine - they called yesterday to say it was available, we went today and had it administered by the Pharmacist. It’s so nice to have a local shop delivering such great service.

The best pharmacy I came across at my time at university. Store is bright and clean and has a decent range of products. Service is extremely efficient and the staff are a pleasure to deal with. When I had my asthma management review I was impressed at how friendly and knowledgeable the male employee was (think he may be the manager) would highly recommend- extremely organised and a great model of how a pharmacy should be run! Never had any issues in terms of waiting or medication dispension.

I cannot compliment this pharmacy enough! Having recently moved to Earley, I had to change my GP. This takes time and I was running out of a repeat prescription. The Ladies at Reading Pharmacy literally go out of their way to help. They phoned my new GP direct and kept me informed of the process. They have made my day on several occasions now. What a team!!!
