J. S.Lovely staff, always willing to help. Often go to lunch late ensuring we're all seen to, they don't usher us out the door like some places do. You never feel unwelcome here, every member of staff goes out of their way to provide the best service and I've not got a bad word to say about them. Especially with the things they put up with on a daily basis.
You often find long queues outside but that can't be helped with how busy the branch is. I would recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
A. C. L. O.I actually had a bad experience there. I asked for a medical issue advice, which they previously agreed to give, and the girl who talked to me started laughing at me! I felt humiliated. Very unprofessional. Maybe she is new. Apart from that, they seem to be fine and helpful.
B. G.I have just returned to Day Lewis after an absence of a couple of year because of problems, but I am glad to say it has really improved. The pharmacist could not have been more helpful and pleasant also her staff were very helpful indeed.
