I came here for my COVID booster vaccination. I really can not fault the system that they have here. The reception staff are very polite and welcoming. Vaccination was carried out with due diligence and care. Easy to park (and free!) in the large car park next door

The staff were relatively friendly and the process was quick. The only slight apprehension I had, was that I didn’t see the gentleman administering the jab sanitise his hands before he did so. In addition, unlike my two previous injections, I did not see him draw up the syringe in front of me, he seemed to have it pre-made, is this normal? Is it also not a requirement to clean the area to be jabbed anymore?

Needed my Covid vaccine, the team were really efficient and polite and the pharmacy was exceptionally clean. I was able to get my flu vaccine at the same time and I was seen right away and even called earlier in the day to be offered an any time walk in. Really recommended.

When I booked my booster jab on line, I was directed to Norfolk Street Pharmacy. What an excellently run chemists. The young lady who booked me in was organised, efficient and affable. My vaccinator, Navid, was professional and interested in my previous COVID 19 vaccination experiences. I have to say I hardly felt the injection (friends have had sore muscles after theirs). He also sorted my 'flu jab at the same time, which was great, saving another appointment elsewhere. My Mum, 20 years my senior, is still waiting for her booster and had to go to Morrison's for her 'flu jab. Thanks all at Norfolk Street.
