T. J.I don’t know what more this pharmacy could do to service the local community. They’re absolutely second to none; diligent polite helpful understanding. I have complicated medicines and they’re always so kind and ready to help. I sometimes call to check on the status of the script whether it’s reached them yet and they never begrudge me an answer. They’re brilliant and worked through two years of hell in the pandemic and continue to provide a vital and respectful service.
P. A.'Attached' to a GP practice, their opening hours need to reflect that. Ie, 7am to 11pm 7 days a week, not the part time current hours. Other GP Attached pharmacies do, I could name them, why not this one?

J. W.Popped in to Jephsons last week as my son had cut his finger badly on a knife whilst drying up the day before. As it was on the bend of his finger I was concerned it wasn't knitting together very well. The pharmacist examined it and gave advice on using larger sterile strips and a healing dressing. I only had to buy the amount we needed and not big packs. Thank you for your advice and help - it's now nearly back to normal!
