P. J.Nov 24 review: what a difference Sam and the team have brought to this pharmacy. I love that it's not purely transactional, they know their regulars and they care about how they are doing. No more worries about whether there will be a pharmacist on site. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thanks all. Rating uplifted to 5 stars. Well deserved.
Old review:The staff at the Victoria Road branch are so helpful and go above and beyond to provide me with a consistently good service. Between me and the person I care for I visit there most weeks and make use of the pharmacist's advice as well as their dispensing. I rarely find items are out of stock, and since they started closing for lunch 1pm-2pm there is no more guessing when the pharmacist may have 'popped out'. The staff are warm and friendly and keen to offer good service.
I do miss the wider range of items Lloyds offered but I'm used to that now.
