P. W.They don't pickup the phone I've been trying for 30mins to get to check if they have got antibiotics I can pick up as I'm being discharged from the prh hospital and they want to know if they have got the medication their. It's diabolical that they cannot pick up a phone.
C. L.I just rang here & spoke to Hayley. What can I say! Hayley went "above & beyond" to help me with a prescription request. It's so reassuring when a member of staff responds in this way, Trying by various means to help sort out a problem. WELL DONE HAYLEY!!!!
T. R.A great service. Paul, pharmacist, is amazing. Always takes time to consult with patients. A plethora of information on offer; can assess health concerns. This means people often do not need to take up a doctor’s appointment. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Nothing is too much trouble.
G. M.When I first moved to Telford 3 years ago this pharmacy was in my opinion top class however over the last 12 months some staff have changed and sadly so has the quality of customer service.
I have on several occasions be given wrong information and certain staff not all are not very helpful at all.
I recently phoned to make an enquiry to save a fruitless journey only for the phone to continually ring out until it cut off, I made 3 serperate calls with in 30 minutes and the same thing happened on each occasion. I then drove round to the pharmacy expecting it to be busy only to find it quieter than ever and the fellow behind the counter just standing there strumming his fingers on the counter. I made my enquiry only to receive a negative reply which was the whole reason I phoned in the first place and the person I spoke to was not particularly helpful the same as when I have spoken to him on previous occasions. Apart from one young lady who works on the counter I find the customer service offered by the other staff poor.
I am not usually one to complain and I know all about COVID 19 disrupting everything but my observations have been made over a period of time and not on a one off experience.
If I had to score out of 10 on this it would be a minus.
S. G.Staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. Love coming here for prescriptions - makes my unhappy time not so unhappy! The store has a small area of drugstore items for coughs, colds, feminine care, makeup, lotion, nail items etc. You can also pick up orders from here that you order from boots online! It's free to do so too!
L. B.positive. very busy shop due to prescriptions from medical centre next door. But good stock selection. Staff are always busy. They are all very professional. But lack interaction and interest. Put this down to how busy the store is. But a smile can go a long way after a GP appointment.
V. M.I went in there this morning with terrible tooth pain, the lady behind the counter was incredibly helpful, she was great and I finally had relief today from the pain. She was just so happy to help and a pleasure to deal with. I didn't get her name but thankyou.
N. J.Most of everyone who works here are friendly. Only down side is you get a text to say your prescription is ready to get down to boots to find its not ready or even done.
y. s.Visited the Shawbirch branch and even though it is a very small shop, the customer service is second to non. If you are feeling a bit low, getting fed up with winter, go and buy somthing from there. The staff are so happy and positive (especially the pharmacist) you walk out feeling loads better. Perhaps the staff from the Wellington Telford branch should pop down to see how to deliver customer service.
