We have dealt with several pharmacies over the years but Fox is the best with their customer service. We had a major issue with delivery which was not foxes fault but they resolved it immediately. They have super helpful staff that answers phone out of working hours, something that is totally unheard of these days! Ladies we are very impressed with your work ethics.

I placed an order with fox pharmacy which was supposed to be delivered on Monday. I was having some difficulty with the delivery, so I reached out to fox pharmacy for some guidance on what steps to take next. I spoke with a lovely lady named Karen who went out of her way to help me. She was extremely helpful and made sure that my order was going to get to me on time by changing the delivery company and upgrading the delivery at no extra cost. I would highly recommend fox pharmacy for their excellent customer service. They keep you informed and up to date via telephone or email. Thanks again it’s truly appreciated.

Amazingly easy to place orders on line and always greeted quickly on calls by friendly, efficient customer service. Prices are better than anywhere else and delivery is very good. Invoicing of products to non prescribers is excellent, also the online arrangement is so easy. Customer service always have time for advice on products and are very helpful. What’s not to like😊

I have an account with Fox Pharma and recently got myself in a bit of a mess when trying to place an order whilst away from my clinic. Upon logging in on my mobile, my password was incorrect and I had no idea what it was. There was only a few minutes before the cut-off for next day delivery and I really needed some of the products the following afternoon. I called Fox and Karen Asquith absolutely went above and beyond for me. She presented with a speedy solution, I was able to log in to my account, make payment and my order was delivered before noon the next day. She really was first class and whilst I was stressing, Karen kept calm, sorted the situation and remained professional and friendly throughout. She even kindly sent me a follow up e-mail afterwards. Thank you so much guys, as always first class customer service!

Hi, this is my first time ordering from Fox Pharma. The website is very simple and easy to use, all the products are always in stock. All my prescribers can easily access my prescriptions and authorise them straight away just in one click. Customer service team have been very efficient and been able to answer all my queries. I have forgot to add some items on my order and I've got a free delivery code so won't have to pay for delivery again. Mandy from customer service has been fantastic and went through the prescribing process more in details which has been helpful, the team has been so open and approachable and ready to help you with any order. I have requested some items such as Pink Glow to be added on their catalogue and they're going to look into it, which is amazing so in this way I can get my orders all from one supplier. Thank you Fox Pharma Team.

I can't praise Fox Pharma enough, the support you get is outstanding. I closed my business for two months while i changed location and there was no difference in the support I got even though I wasn't placing orders. No question is a silly question and they have Surgeons, Doctors and experts on hand to help with any query you have. Absolute advocate of this pharmacy.. They do everything right and treat all qualified aestheticians the same, medic or non medic. They do their homework and require proof of your qualifications and insurance ... that makes me feel safer knowing that they do things right! And on a side note... their Academy is amazing.... the NSR online course is the best and I highly recommend every aesthetics practitioner to do it xx

Amazing customer service from Karen! Dpd marked my parcel as delivered but we did not receive it. Karen has rang and chased my parcel, and agreed to send to re-send my items with no charge. I will not use any other pharmacy!

Very easy to order online and love the collection option as I live locally, staff always so friendly when I go to collect. I Love the matching consultation forms, aftercare forms and Revolax information leaflets too. Telephone staff always very helpful and very easy setting up account and ordering online. Would highly recommend. Revolax Deep really Nice product to use I use this with the needle and no needle methods of Lip Filler.
