B. G.This pharmacy is brilliant, the staff go above & beyond, they are all very kind, caring and make time for you. They are extremely helpful and friendly. Everytime I pop in they always ask how I am, they never rush me and always keep an eye out for me - there has been a couple of times where I've been upset and they've listened to me, expressed their thoughts kindly and suggested how I can feel better. My medication is always ready and waiting thanks to the updates via texts.
The staff are all very kind, despite being busy they make time for you and I always leave with a smile. Thank you.
a. s.First class service - very friendly and efficient. When I collected a repeat prescription today I also expected to collect a new prescription which hadn't arrived. The Pharmacist and assistant checked and suggested that maybe the new prescription had been printed and left for collection at the surgery. This proved to be the case. I took the prescription back to Well and they provided the new meds straight away. Staff always cheery, smiley , helpful and efficient.
