T. C.Such a wonderful team working in this Boots. They have been invaluable the past two years and have been so helpful when I have sought advice regarding my toddler. Always friendly, always well informed, really cannot thank them all enough.

I thought I'd write a quick review to express my gratitude to Nipa and her staff for their excellent service, professionalism and care that we have received. Nipa and the team have worked hard to order repeat prescription for us and sort out any issues with getting medication. A+ service, keep up the hard work!
M. E.I collect my prescriptions from there. Staff always helpful and friendly. Ok a little boots stocked up with essential items like hand wash and toiletries and buy over the counter medication.
I wanted something that was not in their shop but staff offered to order from website for me. I paid and then receive text when it arrived so could collect. it saved me going into town to larger Boots as it's other side of town. Long walk if no car.

K. S.Some of these reviews are hilarious, i had to double check they were talking about the same store. All staff there are beyond professional despite some of the most obnoxious customers going. The pharmacist is particularly good often taking the time to write down fior me my medications to account for my memory problems. I have been attending this store for over 20 years and want to take them with me when i move. They are certainly the reason i shall be staying with Boots as my chemist if choice over the price cutting supermarkets. If anything you should give the staff the power to instantly barr certain customers like the ones above. Thank you for this shop and its brilliant service.

H.My regular chemist was shut unexpectedly so called 111 for emergency medication which never materialised so popped to Boots on St Albans Road in North Watford and Nippa was fantastic and sorted me out in no time! Hasten to add I now get my regular prescription from here now! They text to say it's in and continue to remind if you haven't picked it up!
Anything related to medication should always be dealt with in the most caring and easy way possible I feel.
N. N.Pharmacist is very helpful and friendly, however, the young girl serving behind the counter lacks customer service skills and is abrupt and impatient. She interrupted me and the Pharmacist having a chat insisting I pay for my prescription, was a bit taken aback.
V. R.Absolutely amazing!!! Neepa and the staff have never failed me or my family in the 6 years I’ve been going there. Parking can be a challenge but it’s worth it for the incredible service, friendly smiles and a genuine desire to help if they can. Neepa and the rest of the staff offer genuine service with a smile. I continue to go here rather than the larger surrounding Boots Stores.
