L.I went to Esom today to buy Otex express era drops - I noticed you have Otex express combi pack - I asked what the price was and was told that it cost £9.00- but on your website showed the price £6.99- I asked the assistant why the price didn't show the website price - I was not provided with an explanation!!
M. D.I recently went to this pharmacy for the first time to get my second dose of the Covid vaccine with my sister, who has Autism and Epilepsy. The staff there were very organised and the nurse that helped us (Tanya) was very polite and reassured my sister, who was a bit nervous because she was in a different setting that everything would be fine. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!

M. D.Been disappointed with the lack of service offered recently as the last few times i've been in to pick up my prescription they have not had the amount of medication i have been prescribed. This has left me short and i am expected to come in again to pick up the remainder which isn't feasible. Surely, if you've been asked to refill a repeat then you should ensure you have the medication in stock to dispense. Poor service really.
A. J.Always exceptionally helpful, kind and caring staff. Very knowledgeable and professional too. Well stocked with common medicines and also toiletries and some household cleaning items. Also, very good supplies of physio items like insoles and wrist supports etc. Always triple checks your prescriptions and delivers when your not able to reach the pharmacy yourself. Amazing staff overall. People who genuinely care about their patients/customers. And staff who always spend quality time with each patient/customer to make sure they got everything and understand how to use the medication correctly. Very child friendly too.
