D. B.Incredible! My appointment was for 10.15. I arrive a bit early at 10.05 and i was seen, tested and out within 4 minutes. I was back home at 10.14 ! Very friendly and speedy service. 100% recommended! At a time i seem to be hanging around for so many medical appointments it was great to be seen so very quickly.
J. M.Booked 6 Antigen tests for travel to US, called for information and the lady was very helpful. The booking process was easy, especially as you could schedule the appointments before booking and paying. As it happened the rules changed before departure so we did not need the tests, cancelling was very easy and the payment was back on my card the following day. Excellent service!

J. L.Just had my ear wax removal done by Milena. She was absolutely amazing, super kind and calm, I have very narrow ear canals, which in the past when getting my ears checked at the GP, was told I need to clean my ears and nothing more leaving me with blocked ears/loss in hearing, I was nervous I may be told this again, but no! I have my hearing back and it’s crazy to think I didn’t go sooner and deal with this for so long, and I’m glad it was Milena which had done it! Lovely pharmacy and staff :)

d.My wife and I both had noon appointments with Pearlfect Care Pharmacy for a PCR test prior to travel to Morocco yesterday. I can't praise the ease of experience enough. Parking was plentiful and free being in the premises of the Hilton Hotel Watford and Pearlfect was easy to find. The test itself was non intrusive and professionally done. Test results came, via email, in the evening on the same day. We highly recommend this service.

Great experience and the doctor kept us informed the whole way. I highly recommend for anyone wanting there ears cleaned. Very professional.
P. H.I was able to get an appointment for ear wax removal at short notice ahead of a tour where it is essential for me to hear what our art expert is telling us. The lady who carried out the procedure took great care that I understood it fully and managed the difficult task of retrieving some oil soaked cotton wool lodged in one ear. The whole treatment could not be faulted and in addition I was alerted to a problem that I will share with my GP. I shall certainly return when, as is inevitable the wax returns in the future.
