We came to London for a vacation, and I tested positive for Covid when we were going to fly home, so we had to delay our flight back to the US until I was able to test negative. Realizing that I was going to run out of my prescription medications, we had an online visit with a doctor to get enough of my meds until we could go home. After several debacles trying to get my medications filled at a brick and mortar pharmacy, I decided to have them delivered. I placed the order Wednesday morning. I thought it would be delivered same-day, but I failed to click that button on the order. On Thursday (yesterday) I was told the driver would be dropping them to our apart-hotel before 6 pm. I emailed the pharmacy at 7pm to ask what was happening as I hadn’t received my meds. I was told the driver’s car broke down but he would still deliver that night. I replied that I could wait if necessary, but never received a confirmation that he would bring it today. I was hoping that since my meds were not delivered when they were supposed to be, I would get them first thing this morning, and I emailed again to ask what time frame could I expect them. I never got a reply. My medications did not arrive until 3:00pm this afternoon. My main complaint is there is a lack of communication from the pharmacy on what was happening and what the status was of my meds. When the driver’s car broke down, the pharmacy should have been contacting patients to let them know and give a time frame. When I said I could wait, Reese should have responded with a confirmation, but lacking that, he should have responded to my email asking when to expect them. These are not meds I’m on for the hell of it. These are my diabetes, blood pressure, depression and anxiety meds. If I didn’t need them I wouldn’t have gone to this length and paid almost $200 US for them to be delivered. A little communication goes a long way in customer service. I would never recommend this company to anyone else traveling to London. Next time I will make sure to bring my entire prescription of each med to avoid this again.

Initially was disappointed because medicine was delivered to concierge rather than my door. Who seem to have lost my medicine. When I informed PharmacybSignature of this they showed exemplary service by returning my money and arranging a special delivery on the same day to my door. To make sure my health is not impacted.
