P. R.Always helpful and efficient staff will deliver prescriptions if you or someone else is unable to collect it
l.Staff from when it was originally giles that are still there, are the best! Unfortunately, the quantity of items has massively dropped in number, there is a serious drop in standards with pharmacists constantly changing and thus have no knowledge of customers which is what you want in a community pharmacy. I stopped using it afterni got an empty tablet box which when I returned, they denied it and it was only when I insisted, that the pharmacist looked about and found where he put it instead of in the box in a bag and given to me. Then they gave my meds to a random person who had no connection to me and who had just walked into the shop and asked for them and was given them !, who was then found dead in her flat the following day ! Terrible service from pharmacists! I feel so bad for the original staff!!!! I chose to go into town rather than risk that place, if I knew who to complain to higher up I would !
