K. M.I visited this store yesterday. The store was busy, as usual, but still the staff members had time for all of their customers waiting in a queue. When it came to my turn I had an emotional moment where I became upset and could not really speak. Claire, a staff member, who was serving me was so lovely and understanding. I was so grateful as she was so very kind. Well done Boots in Goring Road x
C. D.Usually fabulous and extremely helpful. Unfortunately I had a bad experience yesterday when the man who gave me my prescription abruptly questioned and humiliated me in front of other customers. Did I really have to justify why I am exempt from
Prescription charges and tell you why. My medical information is private and I did not appreciate having to explain my condition in a public place especially when my certification is already registered with the chemist. Shame on you. Learn customer services and manners and stop letting the others down!
