I have used this pharmacy for 6 months now and have been very satisfied with the service. Our prescriptions are ready for collection within 48 hours of submission - very much quicker than the pharmacy we used previously. The staff are efficient, helpful and organised. Would highly recommend.

I have been using Parkers Pharmacy here in Huntington York for several years. However it was not always exclusively. Since the arrival of Mo at the Pharmacy I would not consider going any where else! The service has always been good to very good but now Mo has given his expertise to the Pharmacy the service has gone off the scale. There is nothing the whole team wouldn't do to make sure each customer gets the very best service. They never let me down. My job was in customer service so believe me I know when its at an excellent rate! The delivery service is amazing. If they can your meds will get to you the same day. How many pharmacies will do that? In the past other pharmacies have let me down and say they have to order my medicines in, but Parkers always have them in without fail. I have often recommended Parkers to friends as it is truly the best I have known. Our lovely Mo makes every visit a joy. I want to say a great big Thank You to them all for all the smiles and great service they provide.

I have been using Parkers pharmacy for a number of years. They have always been helpful, however, when Mo and his delightful team stepped in it was so apparent that there was a welcoming atmosphere in the store. His customer service is second to none. Mo and his team go above and beyond to care of their clients wellbeing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Anything you ask for, if they do not have in store they will try to get for you. The lovely friendly faces and happy demeanor means so much to me. I come out of the store with a massive smile on my face. Thank you so much,

I have used this pharmacy for over three years and have always found them to be professional and understanding compared with other pharmacies used by friends , however ,since Mo arrived everything has stepped up in efficiency and entertainment. Mo is such a lovely person always trying to give the best customer care possible. I am pretty much housebound at the moment and it’s reassuring to know that my prescriptions are received and then delivered to me within a few hours. Yes there have been hiccups but they have stemmed from my GP surgery and have been rectified very quickly and professionally by Mo I have recommended Parker’s pharmacy to friends purely down to Mo’s customer interaction. Brilliant service and brilliant staff. We have been using Parker's Pharmacy for many years now and my motto is, "If it's not broken, don't fix It" They have now been delivering medication to our house for some months always on time and sometimes before time. If you ever visit the Pharmacy or have a need to phone them they are the most helpful people I have ever had the experience to speak with. I would also like to take this opportunity to thank the staff of the Fire Services who on many occasions help them out with their medication deliveries during this scary period in time, every person that visits our house is very pleasant and very helpful, thank you all once again. Nothing is too much for these people. I have had their staff on the phone to suppliers for around an hour, desperately trying to get hard to source medication for me. Way above and beyond, far superior to my previous nominated pharmacy. And when my daughter ( a university student) had her meds sent to her term time pharmacy in a far away town, they sorted it out and had them in our hands in less than an hour. I can not praise Parkers staff enough, they are clearly trained to make the experience of being their customer an enjoyable experience. Well done Parkers one and all!

I find the staff of this pharmacy extremely helpful friendly and efficient. I have recently changed to this one because of the poor service I was being given at another pharmacy after staff changed this was after being with the same one for a lot of years. I approach Parker’s found them very helpful for me and my elderly parents nothing was too much trouble Well done .

Since then we have been trouble free and all our monthly prescriptions have been delivered promptly. We feel more secure with Parkers and have had no further worries since we changed to them. Wanted to say thank you to the staff at the pharmacy for all their hard work during this difficult time! They had social distancing in place which everyone was adhering to and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only place I’ve been able to find paracetamol in the local area.
