Ben photographed our wedding back in July and we could not have been more happy with the day and photos. Ben is so friendly and relaxed it made us feel so at ease on the day. We really wanted documentary style photos that just captured our guests having fun and the true feelings of the day and that was exactly what we got. We ended up with some beautiful photos, Ben knew the exact time of the time to get the best lighting and had some amazing ideas for photos. We could not recommend Ben enough. The whole process from booking to receiving the photos was relaxed and simple. We have received so many compliments on the photos and this is a credit to Ben's talent, he is a fantastic photographer and we cannot thank him enough for giving us the most beautiful photos which captured the day perfectly.

We were after non-posed, natural photos for our wedding day and were lucky enough to come across Ben's website. We were drawn to his understated, creative and unique style of photography and knew from looking through some of his work he was the photographer for us. We asked Ben to do our wedding photography after we had looked as some of his pictures on his website. They looked so relaxed and natural we felt they would fit in with 'our day' perfectly. He did an amazing job. From the first consultation we found Ben really approachable and easy to chat to. He was eager to know what we wanted and took everything we said on board...well luckily not everything - I hate having my photo taken so was a reluctant subject, but after an encouraging trial shoot I was even asking Ben to take pictures by the end of the day. He was very discreet and many of our guests have said they were impressed with how he worked. It's been a year since we got married and looking back on the photographs I'm still well pleased we chose Ben. The pictures are stunning; we look like Ruth and Harry; there are loads of little candid moments captured with our guests that are great to see; and there are some really thoughtful pictures of those details we'd worked so hard on but then had promptly forgotten about. I really would absolutely recommend him.

Ben came to my home to capture maternity images of me, a few weeks before giving birth, and a couple of weeks after, with my newborn baby. It was a wonderful experience, as Ben made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed and understood the kind of natural shots I preferred. He was very quiet and gentle whilst getting all the right shots with my new baby, and knew exactly how to act around a newborn. My photographs were even better than I imagined, capturing the emotions I was feeling at this special time. I would highly recommend Ben for maternity and family photography.

Ben photographed our wedding in Iceland this past summer. He immediately understood the place--which was super important to me since it's my family home--and produced some truly stunning landscapes. After browsing Ben's website and seeing how natural the photographs looked, we decided that he would be the perfect person to do our wedding photography. Ben has an amzing eye for detail, capturing not only the smallest touches at our wedding, from the flowers to the intersting textures at the venue, but the smiles, the hugs and the happy tears, in pictures that look beautifully effortless and not at all forced ( which was what we were eager to avoid). Ben was so easy to be around and chat to and seemed to be everywhere throughout the whole day, capturing all the moments, both big and small.
