Always a good experience, I have been coming to this place for a long time when need something related to photography. This time I was here to have my son taken passport photos, it was almost a in and out visit as the guy needed less than five minutes to take the photos and print them out. Absolutely brilliant service friendly staff, definitely recommend to get in whenever need something done quick and easy.

I've been in here several times and the service has always been sufficient. Nothing amazing, but I get done what is needed. However, after today I do not expect that I will return. It isn't that the service was particularly atrocious, but it makes me realize that the value is no longer there. I tried to buy a Gimbal stabilizer. I asked the clerk about the models and he told me that he doesn't know much about them. I selected a midrange model and the clerk told me he would get one for me and to wait there. A bit later he told me that the floor model was the last one in stock and asked if I wanted him to box it up. I asked if there was a demo model discount and he told me no, it was full price. The flood model was dinged and scratched so I passed. He then offered to order a new one, and I could collect it next week. I asked about home delivery and he told me that is an additional charge. I ended up finding the same model, with a few extra accessories and free delivery on Amazon Prime for a little less. I prefer to buy from local shops. I appreciate the interaction involved, but if I have to do my own research and come back the next week it just doesn't have value to me.

Friendly customer service with good knowledge on their subject. They will price match locally and attempt online price matching. A little disappointed that they didn't tell me I could get £100 cash back off my camera after purchase but I was carrying a flyer that told me that so he may have assumed I knew. Pricing is a little high but shop around and they will price match.

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable about the cameras available in the shop. It is a nice big shop, quiet and relaxed. The staff take their time to answer questions and give you hands-on time with the equipment.

Very expensive if you're used to shopping online but without doubt the best place to buy camera gear in Belfast. The staff are generally very knowledgeable, and can point you in the right direction. They have a good range of cameras and lenses, excluding only the highest end cameras. Cameras are available to try out in store and staff are more than happy to let you try out lenses from the cabinets if you ask. I've never had a bad experience in there. They also have a decent selection of camera bags, accessories and memory cards. Photo printing is done here and is good quality but again is more expensive than other places online and on the high street.

This is the first time I've used Jessops really. I ve bought some photography kit here ,but nothing that expensive. So, I decided to but a mavic air drone, extremely cool bit of kit! I even got £50 off for ordering in store!! Neil the manager is a legend! Went above and beyond the call of duty when a problem arose and sorted it within a day or two and he takes time with his customers! Great customer service here. Neil from Jessops Belfast is a legend! And the mavic air produces incredible stills as well as 4k video.
