I popped in yesterday (18/02/2022) morning for a digital photo. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me. She was really friendly and very knowledgeable about photos needed for visas.

I was looking for an 11x8' photo printed and remembered using these guys before for standard sized photos. I was a little disappointed to hear over the phone that larger photos only really come in either 10x8 or 12x8 but was pleased that the girl on the phone seemed interested and enthusiastic about helping me out. When I actually got there, it was a different person working and yet still he was very quick to ask if I needed any help and was knowledgeable enough to help me pick exactly what size I needed. Even though I am fairly smart when it comes to technology, I would bet that no man on the earth could connect my phone to the machines they have and order the print to his main computer faster than he did. Overall thoroughly impressed from this visit just as I have been on previous visits.
