We got married in May 2021. I absolutely hate having my photo taken, but I wanted to have one photo from the wedding I could look back on. So we hired Kate as her portfolio looked really good and she also had a positive tone to her website. And she liked cats, so she had to be nice right? Kate kept in touch with us right up to the wedding day! She was informative and answered all of my questions. From talking to her, I knew we had made the right decision booking. She is a lovely person who you would happily have as wedding guest, never mind photographer! If anyone could get me that one magic photo - I knew it would be her. On the day of the wedding Kate blending in perfectly like one of the guests! It never felt awkward or too formal having her around. She even helped to calm my nerves before the ceremony! During the couple photos she helped us to semi pose and then just let us chat to each other until she got the magic shot. A few weeks later we received a sneak peak. And my one magic photo was there! I was so happy I did a little squeal and may have shed a tear. It genuinely was one of the best photos I have ever seen. She really has an eye for this! In the photo we looked relax and well like us, which was super important to me. I wasn't expecting much when we received our full album. More than one photo of me that I would like was impossible. Well, Kate did the impossible! I have literally hundreds of photos from our micro wedding that I love! It took us 3 full days, a full chocolate cake and brave decisions to narrow them down for our wedding album. I am genuinely in awe of what she has produced. If you need a photographer - make it Kate. You will have a lovely wedding guest, amazing photos and great memories to last a lifetime. Oh, but she is obsessed with good lighting so expect to chase the sun! It will be worth it though so listen to her!

To say 2020 was a turbulent year is the biggest understatement of understatements but it's during the most challenging times that you see can really see someone's worth and Kate is worth her weight in gold and then some. Like many engaged couples we initially planned to get married in April 2020 and like many, we faced difficulties and uncertainties when that was unable to happen and Kate was just a bright shining light throughout. The support she provided went beyond that of a supplier and was more like a wonderful friend who showed genuine warmth and kindness in challenging times and just wanted to be a support in whatever way she could throughout a hugely significant time in your life! And where do you begin with the day! I honestly feel like Kate could have been a spy she was so inconspicuous! So friendly and relaxed, she fit right in and everyone said how lovely was, she literally just felt like another guest in the most wonderful, comfortable way. And the photographs, they were absolutely incredible! Beyond anything we could have hoped for and our highlights video was fantastic! So unbelievably talented! And the online gallery was brilliant, so easy to use and the prints we got were just gorgeous! I saw her work and reviews and had high expectations but oh how she surpassed them! All we can say is there are many decisions to go back and forth about for a wedding but booking Kate as your photographer is most definitely not one of them!

Kate took photos for our wedding in September. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer. She was friendly, relaxed and put us at ease, and was clear about everything that we needed to consider from the beginning (such as when and where certain photos would ideally take place). And of course, the photos themselves are absolutely fantastic: natural, fun and not at all pretentious, they beautifully capture the essence of what was for my wife and I the happiest day of our lives.

Kate was incredible! From the planning to the final photos we were over the moon with everything. Our wedding day was just the two of us and Kate and she was like our guest of honour. Kate is just the best, we couldn't have been more pleased with our amazing wedding photos, she captured so many perfect moments of our day and we have such lovely memories. Having Kate around was like being with a friend, she is so easy going but very efficient and easily corralled even the most elusive family members! We can’t thank Kate enough for being part of our special day 💕 From the very first contact we had we knew she was the person we wanted to photograph our wedding. Kate was so relaxed and lovely, we feel like she really got to know us and we loved chatting to her and hearing updates on her cats! TL;DR: Wonderful person, knows her trade, very professional, will go the extra mile (or 10) to help and support, amazing results! From the moment we met Kate, we knew we wanted her for our wedding photographer. Her personality is so bubbly and fun and exactly what we wanted. Her style is to avoid lots of posed photos (there will always be some) and go for photos that capture our day and capture our personalities. From the start, she guided us and helped us understand what is needed and what works best and brought her experience to us so we could make the best decision. This was wonderful because in our situation, neither of us had been married before so had no idea what we were doing or how to organise things. The part that really made Kate shine out for us, is throughout the covid crisis, she was always there, offered her support and helping us through. She spoke to us like friends, and helped us by keeping us informed about what she had learnt about regulations from her professional news and other photographers. In the lead up to our wedding, we were stressed and confused, but we felt Kate was behind us 100%. It is the very definition of above and beyond (Kate, if you are reading this, we are eternally grateful). One the actual day, Kate and her assistant did exactly what she said she would do. Got stuck in (at a safe distance) and got the photos that really showed what our day was about and how it was. So many of our guests couldn't be there in person due to covid restrictions, but have said that the photos gave them the feeling of being there. The guests we did have there have said they loved seeing the moments captured the way they have been. And we got a lot of photos for our money so there are plenty of stories and memories to relive from them. Lastly, I have to mention the website that Kate uses to send the photos. It's such a great service. It allows you to see the photos as clients but also has a gallery mode for guests. As client we can show and hide photos we want our guests to see. And best of all, you can order prints and wall hangings (and a load of other photo stuff) from the site, if you choose. You can also just download them all and get prints yourself, if that's what you prefer. For us, we decided to get our favourite photo made into a framed picture from the site and it came out beautifully. So happy with it and the service. If you got this far, then well done. I just want to conclude with if you are unsure about what to look for in a wedding photographer, then I do recommend Kate. She really will look after you throughout the entire process and you will get amazing results at the end.

Kate is an absolute gem of a person and a very talented and hardworking photographer. We couldn't have asked for a better photographer! Kate was brilliant in the lead up to the wedding, offering advice and taking the time to meet us to get to know our vision for the day. When planning our wedding, Mark and I were in two minds about getting a professional photographer - we didn't want to spend all three days of our celebrations being asked to pose for photographs, and with me being quite camera shy, it didn't feel like the best idea! Moving efficiently, but discreetly, between the various breakout sessions and keynote presentations, Kate provided a brilliant photographic documentation of the day.
