Always friendly. Palm labs is a great place for film development, providing excellent service. I have used them for many years.

Scans turned out perfectly. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, very reasonable prices and 10% discount on my large order. Turnaround time was slightly on the longer side (under two weeks) but from what I gather it's not usually like that, and there had just been a bank holiday and I was warned beforehand about slow turnaround times so can't complain there. Definitely would go again, out of the many film labs I've used this comes number one for me, as scans were perfect with no scratches, staff were very friendly and helpful, and most importantly, they develop E6 film; which I didn't need this time but that's a huge huge plus and a great think to know for next time. Only downside was the turnaround times which, judging by the other reviews and my conversation with the member of staff, aren't usually that long. Two weeks isn't even that bad anyways so it's fine. 10/10 would recommend.

I recently shipped some medium format color positive rolls of film to be developed by the lab. The results were amazing and they shipped the film back in a very "safe" way. The staff at the lab was very knowledgeable and helpful via email and phone. Can't recommend enough.

I have used Palm Labs’ services twice now, and I am extremely happy! I have each time sent several rolls of film to be developed and scanned to Dropbox, and even in low-resolution the scans are great quality and reasonably priced. The staff are very pleasant to speak to over the phone, and are very attentive. When I asked for my negatives to be sent back to me, they were very quick to do so. I couldn’t recommend them any higher!
