The customer service here is excellent, they are all very professional. They did have four staff here today. They also sent me the template through to my email so I could print them myself next time. I would not hesitate to come here again. Wonderful staff, excellent customer service, very friendly. I wish them the very best through these difficult times. I came in with an unusual request to print a custom card and they were more than willing to help and meet that need in-store. The staff are amazing and great to talk to and went above and beyond for my request.

They sell a huge range of products, canvas, frames, they even have "kodak 36 200" film rolls yes...... FILLLLLLMMMM how cool is that.
Pictures printed in under a minute wash, while the price was £4.99 each for a 8 X 10 etc, I'm happy with them and thankyou to this printing shop, if I'm in birmingham again I will use you for my prints.

Only criticism is that you have to ask for digital copies to be sent.

A.I always go in here when I need new identity photos taken. Yes, of course I could get these done cheaper in an automatic photo-booth, but here I am relieved of any uncertainties and anxieties about picture size and other, perhaps less obvious formal requirements. And over the years I have even had the bonus if some quite nice images. The procedure is unhurried but seems to take no longer that goes a booth, and the staff have always provided a pleasant but courteous service.
I do not know of the shop's other services but in this respect at least it has deserved my unqualified recommendation.

S.Recently on two ocassions, I needed specific prints, one of a photo for a gift. The staff understood my needs exactly and produced the prints to my specifications and at a low cost. Also, if you want a matt finish, they can get pretty close, which seems to be an issue with other photography shops.
s. k.Cant recommend them enough. After being let down by our printers I spent 24hrs in a complete state of panic. We needed business cards fast for our display event. So called instant print companies could do nothing for us in time. After walking through birmingham city centre having exhausted my last hope, i spotted this shop. I went in with no real expectations but boy was i wrong. The staff were wonderful. They helped me download tbe company banner then designed the whole layout for me. 20 mins later I left with my lovely business cards. Outstanding customer service. Big thankyou to Sam. Snappy Snaps is now my preffered supplier. Well donr all.
