Recently purchased a Fuji X-S10 with the 18-55mm lens. They had one in stock when many places didn't, rang them to confirm, lady on the phone was really nice and said she'd look out for my order as I was a bit pushed for tinme. Ordered it and it arrived really well packaged the next day. Price was the good. Will definitely go back to these guys when I feel the itch to buy another lens for my new camera.

I have visited this shop before and in fact bought my last camera from it a few years ago. Our son has also bought his camera and several lenses from this shop. So I went back and traded in my camera for a later model. The trade in price wasn't as much as I had hoped for but then I probably had the wrong expectations. I am very pleased with the camera and lenses that I bought and with the service I received from the staff in this shop, whoareobviously photographers. I will definitely go back there again in the future when I need more photographic equipment.

Bought a second hand film camera as a gift for my friend from Castle Cameras. The order was sent out immediately and we received it very quickly! The camera unfortunately was damaged and once I notified Castle Cameras about it, Debra was more than helpful promptly replying to me to get everything resolved as soon as possible. Debra quickly sent us a new camera and kept me updated through the delivery and shipment process. My friend loves the camera and we will definitely be using Castle Cameras again and referring it to our friends and family! :)

Got recommended by a professional photographer to purchase myself a slightly better than point and click. Staff are exceedingly knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I know virtually nothing about cameras and settings and what I need. I was advised by the photographer what he thought I should get and Castle got me to that sane suggestion after a lot of questions about my usage etc. Guessing its more likely to be frequented by folk seriously into phography which is a shame as they have much to offer to folk getting into it and on a lower budget. Excellent job by them of releasing funds from my bank account.

Over the years I have used Castle Cameras many times. Always with high satisfaction. The assistant was very understanding when I needed advice on choosing a smaller camera as my Canon EOS700 SLR & zoom lens became too heavy for me. He knew just what I needed. Bought a Mamiya 7 from these guys about a year ago, and annoyingly it broke just after the warranty ran out. These are old cameras and prone to breaking so it wasn't their fault. Annoyingly I realised it was out of warranty, but Castle Cameras took it upon themselves to go out of their way to find someone to repair the camera at cost price. It ended up being a complicated repair, but they took care of all of it and only invoiced me the amount the repair shop charged. Very happy to have their input and help, and really, they didn't have to help me at all. Highly recommend them. Friendly and patient. Thanks.

Fantastic service from Castle Cameras. I rarely give reviews but in this instance I felt compelled to do so. I recently ordered a Sony RX100M6 from Castle Cameras and the whole customer service experience from every member of staff was nothing short of exemplary. Not only were they one of the very few dealers to have the item in stock, but they communicated and called back when they said they would - everytime! Not only that, but they dispatched the camera early (even though I had technically missed the same day dispatch time window). Camera arrived next day with a few little 'extras' in the box - lovely touch from Castle Cameras - Thank You. Needless to say I won't hesitate to make you guys first call for my photographic needs in the future. If I could give six stars I would, your service deserves it.

Been used to Jessops made it difficult for me to bring my camera in for a slight repair I couldn't manage on my own. However , I was adviced by a friend to still try them. My first encounter wasn't very welcoming as the guy I spoke to about buying a camera was very abrupt with me. However I bravely went back hoping not to meet him again. I was so glad to meet this lovely guy who was both professional and a problemsolver. He took his time to resolve the issue and I was smiling away in no time.
