Nick was the first photographer we meet when we started visiting wedding fairs. We instantly fell in love with his style. When speaking to Nick you could see how much love and passion he had for his work. Every subsequent photographer we met just didn’t give us the same ‘wow’ factor that we had with Nicks work. We wasn’t going to select a wedding photographer based on price, it would be their personality and experience and the quality of work that would be important. We looked at it as an investment and Nick ticked all the right boxes for us. We had our engagement shoot with Nick in the New Forest. This was a great way to get to know Nick, and they way he likes to capture moments. Neither of us really like our pictures being taken but Nick made us feel really relaxed and comfortable. When it finally came to the wedding day Nick really captured the whole day brilliantly. We were very relaxed knowing Nick would capture some amazing images. All our guests commented on how well Nick worked. When we met Nick to preview the images after the wedding the pictures were stunning. He had captured the day beautifully. We had opted for the album package because we wanted to make sure we had an album afterwards and he designed it beautifully with input from us. From the day we met you have been extremely helpful. You suggested Tyneham Village as a backdrop for our engagement shoot, which was a great idea, and down the road from Corfe where we purchased the engagement ring. The engagement shoot not only gave us some great pictures, one of which is proudly hung in my office, but it also gave us a chance to get used to ‘modeling’! On the day of the wedding, you were like a ninja, getting shots from all angles and snapping some great expressions and moments that would have otherwise, been lost. You also were a key player in making sure the day ran smoothly and ensuring that everyone was in the right place at the right time! When we first saw the pictures and then the album, we knew we hired the right person for the job. I showed the album to our neighbours, taking into account the fact that they don't know anyone apart from Lee and I, they said that it really told the story of the day, and that it was great to see such natural photos of everyone so relaxed and enjoying themselves. My husband already knew Nick, and his work had been recommended to us by other friends. As soon as we met him it was clear he was passionate about his work and was going to take our wedding as seriously as we were. The process of booking him and organising our day was easy and smooth. On the actual day Nick was there early and ready to go. He was really independent and didn’t need reminding of the plans or organising. It was great to not have to worry and know our photos were in good hands. Nick blended in to our day seamlessly which meant he got loads of great and natural shots. He worked really hard to capture the best parts of our day. Even through some drizzle! Our photos came back in good time and the prints were really high quality. They were tastefully edited and looked really professional. We also had an engagement shoot as part of our package, the photos from that are really special and unique. It was fun to work with Nick before our wedding and get a feel for his style. Again the photos and prints we received were high quality and exactly what we were hoping for. Our experience with Nick was a really fun time. Doing the engagements first was such a great way of getting to know how Nick worked and to warm up to the idea of being in front of the camera. On the big day he worked so well with all the other stuff that goes on with a wedding and did well to capture those moments that were most important to us. We first met Nick at our venue and Sarah and I are so glad that we did. We loved his style of photography that captured perfectly both the key moments and the un-seen interactions between the attendees. Nick is a perfectionist both on the day and afterwards with the creation of the final beautiful images. As part of the package, our Engagement shoot at the Tate Modern allowed us to understand the photography process and provided a wonderful set of memories in their own right. From start to finish Nick was a dream to work with. My husband and I are not the best in front of a camera and were quite nervous but Nick made us feel confident and relaxed. He also helped us think outside the box for our engagement shoot which ended up being at Ikea and we had so much fun! On our wedding day, Nick was everything you could hope for in a wedding photographer. He caught some truly special moments that I didn't even know he was there for! All of our photos are unique, creative and beautiful, he really captured the atmosphere and feel of the day.
