This was our second year booking Martin’s Christmas photo shoot. Last year I was delighted with the service and was so pleased we could book again this year. The set ups are gorgeous, lots of different poses and ideas are tried to get the perfect photos. Martin listens and responds to my son to get the best out of the session. Didn’t feel at all rushed, but Martin manages the timing efficiently so my son stayed engaged throughout. The final photos are simply beautiful, it’s so difficult to choose (luckily there’s no limit to the choice!). Extremely competitively priced, excellent value for money. Martin is also very sensitive to any covid-related restrictions and made us feel very comfortable. Planning to have school photos taken with Martin next year, as well as a family photo shoot, as I know we will be pleased with the images produced. Highly recommend!

We have become regular customers of Martin at Photochromatics since our first visit three years ago. As well as being a very nice man, Martin always seems to know how to get the best out of our young children, and the finished images (when we receive them he has always touched them up professionally) always look superb. He has produced some of our all-time favourite photos, and the shoot from this Christmas also turned out brilliantly. He also happens to be extremely reasonably priced. We shall be returning, and recommend him highly.

Fantastic photographer. Had brilliant communication throughout and really took the time to get the best from my 3 year old! Wasn't phased by my screaming newborn either which was a relief. The pictures came out perfectly and we had so much choice it was hard to only pic a few. Thanks Martin, I'm sure we will be back soon! Highly reccomend!

Really enjoyed our son's cake smash. Made to feel welcome and part of the photo shoot with a relaxed feel. Loved the creative thoughts between each shot to make them unique and soent the time to engage with our 1yr old to get the variety of shots. Deffo recommend to capture your special moments. Photos returned within the time frame provided and good system for choosing what pictures we wanted without feeling pressured. We will definitely be returning for other occasions. :)

As a family we went to Photochromatics for a mini Christmas photoshoot. My kids are 7&10 and they loved the shoot! There we so many fun props and Martin made them feel so comfortable. We love the end result - really special pictures that we’ll treasure!

Martin is a fantastic photographer and was so good with our baby and toddler making them feel happy and comfortable in front of the camera. The quality of our photos was great and although we booked a cake smash,Martin was happy to include a few family shots and ones of our kids together. Martin did a photoshoot of me, my wife and new born baby. We were so pleased with how it all went. Dealing with new born babies or children of any age takes a lot of situation management and Martin's ability to direct everything to get to the end result was exemplary. He made us all feel comfortable, in fact we had loads of fun, and when the photos came through - they were brilliant. We would highly recommend him. Martin is not only a wonderful photographer but has a brilliant way with children. My toddler has quite a strong character to say the least but Martin made the sessions fun and interesting for her so she engaged with him and produced some wonderful photos that brought out her cheeky character. She loved playing with all the little props and playing dress up. This meant the experience for me as a parent was very relaxed and my daughter was having fun so it didn't feel like a chore!

We went to see Martin for a "First Day of School Mini Shoot". From the moment we arrived, he welcomed both my children building an instant rapport with them. His studio set up is wonderful with some really nice touches to make the whole experience feel that bit more personal. My Daughter felt so at ease with Martin that she transformed into a little model for the 20-30 mins we were there getting all the lovely shots needed! We received the gallery within a week and we are absolutely over the moon with the beautiful images that Martin has captured! His amazing talent has provided us with priceless memories of possibly one of the most emotional milestones in our Daughter's life. We are so absolutely thrilled with the photos from our newborn shoot (which also included lots of pics of our 3 year old too). The finished photos are brilliant and my only complaint is that choosing the images was near impossible! Martin is friendly and professional - he won over our 3 year old and turned grumpy frowns into gorgeous smiles (which he then captured). He was gentle with our 10 day old son and listened to our direction for wanting very relaxed and natural poses. I really cannot recommend Photochromatics highly enough.
