We shot an interview for a documentary here and it was a 5 star 10/10 experience. The space itself is looks beautiful, sounds great (with added sound deadening), and above all, the service was impeccable. Paul was so kind, helpful, and really made us feel welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure that we had a pleasant and productive shoot, and thanks to that we were able to capture a magical interview. Next time I need a studio in Brighton, I’ll be back!

My favourite studio ever! Paul was so helpful with everything leading up to the shoot day and then on the day, even took the time to give me a mini tutorial with their equipment at the start of the shoot as I had some questions. The space is really great and everything you could need. The lovely juice bar next door even bought us through some spare juices they had left over free of charge. Paul mentioned when he started this studio he really wanted it to feel like an extension of home and have everyone feel super comfortable and Studio By Sea really does feel like that. Everyone was relaxed all day and we had a great experience. I'm looking forward to heading back soon :)

We had a great shoot at studio by the sea last week- it was really lovely to take over the space and have full use of the studio. Paul was really helpful and friendly. If we had any issues he would happily help us. Perfect location too right by the sea front, with great food & drink places close by. Parking was great- right outside the studio so really helpful when unloading gear for the shoot.

Paul's studio is a dream to work in. A spotlessly clean and good sized space set in an easily accessible area of Brighton/Hove. Paul is very helpful and friendly has great supply of all the studio equipment one could ever need to hire. My first call when I need a studio in the city.

The studio is a lovely versatile space of which we held our group art exhibition. We got to extend the space further by using their marquee outside the front patio. Paul and Claire were very accommodating and full of good ideas as to how we could go about converting the studio to fit our Art exhibition. 5 star rating for venue, service and their ideas!!

My fiancée and I booked the studio for half a day to do some product shots for our clothing company. Upon arriving we were greeted by Paul who was extremely friendly and helpful with getting the studio set up for our specific needs. The studio space itself was perfect for what we needed it for. There was an ample amount space for us, with a lot of equipment available to use such as a changing area, camera and laptop stand, clothing rail and an extra table to use if necessary. Paul was in the room next to us and was there to help us should we have needed, however we didn’t find ourselves needing anything else after he had helped us get all set up when we arrived. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an easy to use local photography studio.

We recently used this fantastic studio for a 2 day shoot filming some product shots for one of our clients. The team at Studio by Sea were amazing and I can't recommend them or the studio highly enough! The space was well equipped and they had everything we needed to create a very high quality end product. Can not recommend Studio by Sea enough. Paul and Claire were the nicest guys and were on hand to help us in any way we could. I myself am very much on the beginner side of Videography and photography, when I told them this they were able to guide me in the right direction in regards to liability insurance and general equipment. The response time from initial email to getting booked in was so fast and helped me feel at ease in getting dates and times secured. The studio itself is perfectly located. Not to central where you are struggling for space or quiet but not so far out the way it is difficult to get to. The studio size was bi enough for us to have a Make up station, area for equipment, and a nice seating area all with large area for filming. We were able to have 7 people in the area and be fully Covid safe. The equipment available to you is incredible as well. We were allowed to use 2 studio lights with stands, backdrops, and foam walls. The studio is also fully contained. There is a running drinking water, kettle, mugs, coffee, toilet, and changing area. The best bit with Studio by Sea is the price. Most studios in Brighton cos anywhere around the £500 for a day and that will just include the room and nothing else driving the cost higher for those who may not have this gear. We booked in on a Friday for a full 9 hour session and it came to £370. This included all the amenities I mentioned above. We used both lights and a backdrop and only extra we paid for was the part of the backdrop we stood on to help with some floor shots to keep the colour looking continuous. All in all, Studio by Sea is the best studio I have worked at. The best guys running it, amazing equipment, awesome space, and a price tag that means people on a budget can get high quality photos and videos. For any studio work that comes my way in the future, I will be solely using Studio by Sea.

I hired the studio in October for a lifestyle shoot for my online brand. The space itself is incredible - big, great lighting and everything you could possibly need. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and were on hand next door if we needed them. The pictures were for a magazine, and they came out brilliant. Couldn’t have picked a better spot in Brighton. All round very pleased and will without a doubt be hiring the studio again!

Studio by Sea is a top notch studio kitted out with plenty of useful features. Paul is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and always on call should you need him. They have speakers, fridge, parking and all lighting equipment on site to back what ever your creative needs are. They can even provide support crew such as technicians, runners, stylists, hair and make up, and even run an in studio modelling agency. Couldn't recommend more!

This is a wonderful studio, very creatively designed, well organized, versatile and clean. Its practical yet with a very intimate feel. Staff are very professional, accommodating and attentive, helping us with everything we need. As an added bonus the studio is set near the seafront. You open the door and there confidently is a great pub and super healthy cafe next door, for the more disciplined ones amongst us. I so look forward to working there. Highly recommend it.
