Eaton House is quite literally the most creative, fun, beautiful pink perfection there is! Amy is amazing. Every single detail in her home has been nailed down to form a beautiful work of art. I used her home to host a hen party and genuinely loved every single minute of our stay. This was my first stay but I am sure it won’t be my last. Very highly ridiculously recommend.

Completely amazing in every way! From the very first moment I made contact with Amy about my 60th birthday celebration she was endlessly creative, helpful and efficient. Always in touch, always accommodating all my requests, liaising with my guests. And when it came to the party itself Amy and her team were simply wonderful. So many little personal touches- my favourite cheese, the pink decorations, the personalised cocktail menu. The Pink House is completely beautiful- even better than the photos. The service Amy provided was just incredible- she ensured I truly enjoyed my party rather than worried about being the hostess. I simply could not recommend The Pink House service more highly!

I'm lost for words about Eaton House What an Amazing weekend we just had, 19 girls for a hen party we laughed the whole time. Every room is so unique the photos don't do it justice you will be in for a treat when your there and the staff are amazing ! Amy's communication from the start of organising our dream weekend for the bride was always 100%. Dolly the drag queen was a must and the food graze table looked and tasted Amazing and our burgers was exactly what we needed. If you haven't been you need to go.

We (the bridesmaids and I) hired this venue for my sister's hen night. Beautiful throughout. Lots of rules and ristrictions though but we made it work. The only downfall is that it's a nightmare to get to/from if you don't drive. Cabs can take up to over an hour waiting time and uber doesn't operate in the area.

Eaton house is truly one of the most magical venues I have ever stepped into! Every room is so unique and different, there really is something here for everyone. I would highly recommend hiring the house for special occasions/birthday celebrations, with lots of entertaining space and two bars it really does cater for all! The owner has clearly put her heart and soul into every area of this house and it really shows, you will not be disappointed at Eaton House :)

This magical paradise is a must visit! Having stumbled across it back in 2013, we have since been back many times and ALWAYS had a wonderful time. In 2013, Eaton House Studio was brought to my attention for a review in a national newspaper (I'm a journalist) and after having such an amazing time - and giving the house a 5 star review in the newspaper - we have booked to return for birthdays and special occasions ever since. The host Amy goes above and beyond to make you feel at home and is constantly looking for ways to improve your stay and the decor in the house. Since our first visit in 2013 she has only enhanced what was a truly breath-taking location into some really spectacular. What's fantastic is that you could book as much, or as little to do as you wish. We've experienced everything from topless bar tenders to a private chef, manicures/pedicures and a boozy brunch. Nothing is too big, or too small for the owner to arrange from you. Equally, just lie back and chill out and take in everything the house has to offer. We have never had any problems with the house or its owner and plan to return for many future events. There's no better place to celebrate in style.

I hired this wonderful venue for a surprise baby shower for my girlfriend and we had such a great experience that even after 3 years we still talk about that day. In fact, ever since the baby shower, I have had two corporate team building events for my business which certainly did the trick and more. I have another one booked at the end of the year. My partner and I also returned to the house for their last Valentine’s event which was an equally special occasion. Amy (and her team) are wonderful to work with and have such a talent for adding that X factor to your occasion whether it is a fun or formal affair. The attention to detail is superb and it is clear that Amy is a seasoned perfectionist. I would therefore recommend The Pink House to anyone looking for luxury, style and that rare ‘wow’ factor!

As a U.S. visitor, I've been able to stay at Eaton House Studio a few times over the years, and each time has been more magical than the last. I have been (and still am!) incredibly impressed with the amount of detail throughout the house — each room is an experience in itself and the house as a whole is a truly enchanting space to escape to — all of which has obviously been poured over by the owner, Amy. She is beyond AMAZING to work with and so clearly cares about the experience of every visitor and every gathering. I am always telling my friends that, if they go to England, they have to take a trip to Eaton House Studio. Can't wait to come back again soon!!!

I was lucky enough to get married at Eaton house right as the restrictions lightened in summer 2020, it was very stressful with government guidelines potentially changing, however Amy and the team were there every step of the way with contingency plans regarding restrictions and weather changes (lucky it was a glorious day) and took all the stress away by basically curating and planning my whole weekend perfectly and constant contact every step of the way. everyone had so much fun, no detail was too much! Food and cocktails were amazing, everyone was thrilled staying at the house and we loved it so much we are going back for our 5 year anniversary. Where do I begin?! My visit was a once in a lifetime experience to say the least. Amy couldn’t have been any more accommodating during our stay. From the moment we pulled up to this beautiful home, our group could not have felt more comfortable and at home. The house itself is incredible. There isn’t an inch in the house that lacks personality or an expression of the owner’s passion. Still in awe. Amy, the owner, is one of the kindest, sweetest and most down to earth people I’ve ever met. She’s transparent through and through. This stay was unforgettable in all the best ways. Though in high demand, I’d jump through any hurdle just to get the opportunity to visit again.

Wow. This place is Essex's hidden gem. I won't give too much away but when you walk through the doors of Eaton House you're transported into a surprise technicolour paradise. Amy and the team could not have done more to make my friends 30th birthday anymore special and we knew we were in safe hands the moment we booked. The attention to detail on all the extra bits we wanted planned was beyond amazing and it allowed us to destress and just enjoy the amazing surroundings... Seriously enquire if you want to surprise somebody with something special without the hassle. And thank you once again to the whole team. What an experience.

The most fabulous place you will ever see. Amy's design eye for detail is incredible. There is not a single millimeter of the house she has not thoroughly thought through. It's perfect!
