Fantastic service all round from YEP. We were so impressed with our daughters school photo this year (Primary School had used a different company). The photographer really captured our daughters personality and the lighting / colour in the photo was far beyond previous years / other companies. The quality of the photos on arrival were second to none - very impressed, to the extent we then went back and purchased some Christmas gifts. Soooooo happy with Yep Schools Direct!! Contacted them this morning as I have misplaced my sons proof and have no way of ordering his first reception photo. Spoke to Jonathan who was amazing and reassured me he could locate the photo if I provided him with a reference that the school could give me. Five minutes later I received a call from Jonathan saying he had found my sons picture and was emailing the proof which I have just received! Over the moon is an understatement! Costessey Junior and Infant school has been using YEP for their school photography for a few years, and now that we have merged our schools to become costessey primary school we are continuing with YEP. They are extremely friendly, professional and very helpful. The photos they produce and the poses are lovely for parents/grandparents and varied depending on their ages. Working in Dedham is great bonus to the job, its lovely to get some fresh air at lunch time and take a leisurely stroll to Flatford. Yep is a hard working, successful company, that gives opportunities to young people. Offering apprenticeships with real life job experience, whilst gaining valuable qualifications. I love to learn, and so far I have enjoyed expanding my knowledge in using all the adobe software. I have enjoyed learning the process from start to finish in editing, printing, sorting and packaging. It feels like a real accomplishment when the final images leave the building :)

Having met the CEO of YEP School Direct (Michael)in March this year here in Kenya on his Youth Empowerment trip, I must say when passion drives you alot can be achieved and yes, YEP is an organisation to watch. From our conversation I could gauge the quality of the work he delivers to his clients and the passion he has on his field of work, he said "Peter your know what, within three working days my company delivers the quality photos to the client" Michael believes in keeping his word and quality service to those he serve. During our engagement, I discovered that we share a comon vision i.e we both love and enjoy giving back to the society by empowering the next generation especially those from deprived areas and with no quality education. (They say birds of the same feathers flock together) The big question we both asked ourselves was? There are loads of Young people out there full of talents and energy but with minimum education qualifications (books is not their thing if you see what I mean - as in no degrees or PhDs) yet they can get jobs done. Do we just lock such young people out because they lack the relevant papers or do we give them a chance to do what they love (i.e photography etc.) in order to sustain themselves and enjoy life just like other? Michael's went into details to explain how YEP School Direct is keen to get such Young people into his company and show them that life is not just about papers and academic qualifications there is more into to. Alot was shared and I can't wait to physical visit YEP School Direct offices when I go to Essex International Jamboree in 2020. Contact is not possible, their emails don't work and they don't answer their phones!
