My experience with One Vision Printing can be summarised as follows: • they make a good quality product • their website needs improving • they need a new Customer Care Manager Here is why: This is my second time ordering framed pictures from One Vision Printing and I will admit that the product finish is good, hence my repeat order. However, when I received my framed pictures the second time, I noticed that they were quite a bit bigger than I specified. I went back on their website and noticed that the "size" referred to the canvass size and not the overall framed product size. This is particularly odd because I am not ordering a print only to frame at home, but a framed print, so why would I care about the print size?! This is, of course, my mistake and I should have seen which "size" One Vision Printing had in mind but it just never occurred to me that the canvass size mattered when ordering a framed product. I needed the framed pictures to be of a particular size but apparently One Vision Printing don't think this is important because you can't see this during the ordering process, nor is it specified in the order confirmation email. I felt disappointed and also stupid for making the mistake, so I wrote an email to them explaining what happened. And the response I received was what prompted me to write this review. Their Customer Care Manager responded thanking for my feedback and said that they will be updating the website in the next couple of years to include overall frame sizes and this was not a quick job as they offered so many frame options. That's it. Not even a "sorry to hear you had a problem using our website" or "I regret to learn that you had a subpar experience". No, instead, I am informed about their underwhelmingly ambitious two-year plan to add a picture size to about 50 – 100 frames! And this was the response from the Customer Care Manager, who forgot to care about the customer! I could only rate my experience with them as 3 stars. One star was lost to the lack of information on the website and the second one to the poor customer care.

Just received a 24x18 digital framed print and I'm blown away by the quality of not just the print but the frame. I've used a few different companies over the years but none have even come close to what I now have hanging on my wall. I'll definitely use them again and highly recommend if you're reading this to do the same! Packaging was excellent too.

I used the printing and framing services for a family member’s birthday present and I was truly blown away at the quality of the final product. The process of creating and ordering was very simple and allowed for as much personalisation as I wanted, and I received the order much faster than I anticipated. I have been using One Vision Imaging for nearly 50 years: back in the day they were called "Colab". Apart from one order that the Post Office managed to lose 26 years ago I have always been very satisfied with the quality and the service. I wouldn't go anywhere else

Top quality service. I wasn't at all sure what colour frame would suite my image but One Vision did a brilliant job picking out the right frame and mount. I would have never gone for a darker frame, but the browns in the frame brought out the burnt oranges of the image! I won't hesitate to use One Vision when my clients ask for a framed image.

Today we collected our wedding album from one vision imaging. We had ordered the acrylic ice panoramic album. And all I can say is exceptional the quality is beyond words and attention to detail is also outstanding. From the minute your order is placed , the communication from one vision is great from every step of the process on building your wedding album. There are many companies claiming to offer wedding album service, (of which I can talk from experience ). And when you receive it your heart fall through the floor. But relax just keep one vision imaging at the top and just wait for your album to arrive. The other service I would also recommend is the wedding design service at additional cost of £60 . There attention to detail is exceptional.
