I was there once to take grad photos and the photographer was really nice, gentle, patient, even gave me a second chance to retake other photos after i told him i wasn't happy about the first set. The reception is cool, they don't rush you to choose your photos, good profs, thumbs up. Even if I am not familiar with photography studios around the city i can say the price was not expensive as well.

Excellent service when I visited last week to get my passport renewal photo. No waiting around, and the quality of the photo was able to be checked for defects online prior to submission in the shop. Friendly and helpful staff, not a problem that I only managed to get there just before closing time either! Happy to recommend, thanks again.

Went to this shop to have my photograph taken for my new passport. As soon as I entered the shop they asked how they could help me. I need photograph taken for a new passport please. They sat me on a chair and took my photo in less than a minute. They then gave me a code for gov.uk to make it easier for processing on line. They couldn't be more helpful. First rate.

Had a large number of old video's that needed transferring to 2 different formats. Staff where professional and knowledgeable and knew exactly what was needed. All 30 videos were transferred quickly with no trouble at all. Excellent service and a very competitive price that doesn't break the bank. Happy to use them time and time again for printing and other photographic needs.

Well, where to even start... The team at Snappy Snap were just fantastic, special mention to Adam who has the patience of a saint and the knowledge of a Jedi Lord!! To give this some context, I went to a well known online provider for some personalised gifts and to say they messed me about is an understatement. I popped into Snappy as I was walking past as what the hell did I have to lose. The answer NOTHING! I HAD EVERYTHING TO GAIN!!!! Adam patiently talked me through the products and services they provided, the print and delivery times and what could be achieved in the precious little time I had. Adam restored me to a calm and rational human being again. When I went back to collect my order, Adam was here once more. He showed me everything I had ordered and the quality was superb, it also cost me a fraction of what I was originally going to spend. He seemed genuinely interested in my opinion and made sure I left a satisfied customer. I won't be going anywhere else to get my photos printed from this point forward. Just goes to show, online isn't always better and having an actual person to talk to makes all the difference.

I have been joint head coach/creator of the Short Football Project that has been running at Longford Park for 26 years. Because our concept is unique we had national profiling on BBC/Channel 4 in 1997/98. Very efficient, expert and quick service. And I believe it is cheaper than somewhere else. You can have your photos/images/videos processed from almost all sources (Mobile, memory stick/card and cd/dvd etc) onto almost all mediums (paper print, mobile to cd/dvd, on shirts and on mug/cup etc). Low prices in the town.
