Ste is an absolute diamond!! Absolutely mint at what he does. From start to finish was amazing. He captured as much as he could in the time we had even though it was very hectic with the kids! Even had a cheeky cuddle with my new husband to show us how he wanted to capture a photo 🤣 whisked us away to take the intimate photos but never intruded on our day. I can’t wait for the finished photos as the ones we had a quick look at on his camera looked unreal! Especially excited for the silhouette shots! Thanks so much Ste!

We used Fallen Star Photography for our wedding at Lumley Castle in December and they were fantastic. Ste is very friendly and worked great with our guests. Before the wedding we had a few chats about what we were looking for, what his experiences of working at Lumley, and left feeling really assured that Ste would do a great job. On the day of our wedding, he arrived nice and punctual to the venue to get some shots of the bride getting ready, then took some great shots with the groom and the rings when they arrived. Ste was great at handling the guests for some portrait pictures during and after our ceremony, and our guests were very impressed at how Ste went about his business, almost as if he wasn't there. Ste turned around our photos in the time he quoted which was impressive considering we got married over Christmas and we were very pleased with them. There was a few photos we requested some edits to and Ste turned these around with no problems at all. We also loves the Heart USB stick that the photos came on- an amazing touch. On a personal level, Ste is a great guy who is easy to work with and felt that the service he gave to us was for us and our day. He directed us for shots that he had a clear vision of in his mind and did so without being bossy or arrogant. I'd recommend Fallen Star Photography to anyone and everyone, and will go back to Ste if I need a photographer again in the future. Cheers Ste!

We booked Ste before the pandemic, however due to Covid 19 our wedding didn't go ahead. However, Ste was friendly, helpful and easy to get in touch with to arrange our next date! Ste was there from 0900 on the morning of our wedding until around 2130, which is more than we expected, his photos are fantastic and he's more than happy to direct you to the photos which suit the occasion, he helped make the day go without an issue! His prices are more than affordable for the service you receive. Thank you again!

We had no idea what we wanted in a wedding photographer, as we are so laid back and are the kind of couple to just go with the flow. We visited few wedding fairs and a lot of the photographers didn't really tickle our fancy. We came across Ste at a fair at The South Causey Inn and instantly knew he was for us. His unique stand caught our eye as soon as we walked in the room. We looked at his work and were blown away. We then had a consultation with Ste and he came out, he was equally as laid back as us. He gave us a few ideas of the shots to take in the venue and they were fab! Ste stayed in touch through the entire wedding planning process. On the Day, Ste blended in amazingly with our guests and also got on great with our suppliers. His end product was breathtakingly great! His photos produce so much drama and effect, they really captured our day and personalities. We love all our photos, as do our guests. We are so glad that we booked Ste, as now he was not just our photographer, he's now a friend of ours. We would highly recommend Ste to anyone planning a wedding. What a great experience we had! After meeting Ste at a wedding fair, we were impressed with his work, so booked him for our wedding. From start to finish, Ste was very professional, in the initial consultation, we were able to look at his portfolio and consider what we wanted for our day and in the consultation a couple of months before the wedding, we discussed our preferences and what we wanted, all of which Ste carefully listened to and advised us on. On the day itself, we had a fab experience- Ste captured our day perfectly, blending in and mingling perfectly with our guests! After a short while, we received our images on a lovely USB drive and also in an online gallery on the Fallen Star Photography website- ideal as we could direct our guests to this to view them. We hired Ste for our wedding at Beamish museum last year, he really took advantage of the interesting setting and had a lot of cool ideas for our photographs. He is really easy going, open to your ideas and it felt really natural to be photographed by him. Everyone got along really well with him. Excellent and professional service from start to finish. The consultation was comprehensive and no request was a problem. On one occasion Ste still turned up shortly after a traffic accident to make our appointment. On the day itself Ste was alert and always on the look out for those special shots without ever being intrusive. Again, no request was a problem and the attention to detail was superb. We didn't order an album due to budget but the heart shaped memory stick we received is well made and the selection of high quality photos was huge with every significant moment captured, including some you never knew you wanted. To top it off he seems a cracking fella, very professional but also very friendly and a good laugh to boot. It really added to our day. Top stuff at a great price. Highly recommended.

Absolutley fab from start to finish. Ste came round a month or so before the wedding and we talked through in detail what we wanted and what he could do for us. We didn't really have a clue so just told him to take the lead. He talked us through the day and timings and ideal places for our wedding photos. On the day Ste made everyone feel comfy and relaxed. Both our families were pretty huge including guests we had just over 200 people. But Ste had full control when it came to getting everyone into different groups and together for our photos!! We loved having him there and honestly most of the time we were blissfully unaware of him taking photos while we enjoyed the day. The end photos were beyond stunning. Ste had also shown us some of the ways he could put our photos into albums for us! Ste goes above and beyond for you. He made our day when he came with us to place flowers on a loved ones grave and included their flowers in our photos so we felt they were part of the day too.
