Peter was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process - from keeping us informed about booking, where to meet, what to wear etc to the actual shoot where he got beautiful pictures of our three children we will treasure forever. He made them all laugh and kept them happy and engaged on a cold day. The result is wonderful, I couldn't be happier. Thoroughly recommend!

Wow! Wow! And WOW! I reluctantly entered an autumnal photoshoot for the kids and was absolutely gobsmacked when we were selected. I felt really unsure and nervous about the shoot as its something neither of my boys had ever experienced. My oldest is reserved and shy and my youngest had just turned 1 and hadn't had much interaction with other people due to covid - so to say I was anxious was an understatement. I had kind of already decided it was going to be a nightmare. How wrong was i! As soon as Peter approached us, I felt at ease straight away. Peter was fantastic from the get go. He struck up a friendship with my oldest son Noah, immediately and I couldn't believe how confident Noah was within 5 minutes! It was like having a different child. Peter made it magical and fun the entire time! Milo, my youngest was a little bit more challenging but Peter was so patient and just took everything at Milo's pace. There was no pressure at all. It was natural, relaxed and so much FUN! The photos on our viewing date were just so amazing. Better than i could have ever imagined. I cant believe how beautiful my children are and i look at the pictures, with a huge smile and a very proud mum. They honestly just make us smile and beam so much. Peter has captured some beautiful memories and we cant thank him enough for doing so. He is such a genuine person and we hope we see him again very soon in the future. Noah still talks about Peter and Bob the monkey often and asks if we can see them again. We would highly recommend Peter to anyone, he really is a very talented man and absolutely fantastic at what he does. The overall experience is something i won't forget. Thank you SO much Peter!

Definitely recommend. Pete was brilliant. With 2 shy children and an 11 month old he definitely worked his magic. He brought the fun and led them out of their comfort zones and got the best out of a non walker. So professional and couldn't have asked for any better end results. The photos are beautiful! Firstly I would like to thank Pete at paredes photography for choosing my little family runners up in a winning competition, we had an amazing day, I'm quite self conscious in front of the camera but Pete made us all at ease, and we just had so much fun, and many laughs. It was such a friendly atmosphere in the studio and my 6 month old loved her first photography shoot, Pete was brilliant with her getting his toys out especially the sqeeky monkey. We had a fantastic day with Peter for our photos. He made us feel so relaxed and comfortable in the studio and took some wonderful photos that are such lovely memories. Our little one (5 months) is a very serious baby, but Pete worked so hard with him to crack a smile out which was so lovely to see. We were able to have some breaks to change nappies/feed ect which is super. Pete also suggested that I may like to take some breastfeeding photos - which I wasn’t convinced about initially! But he then explained how we could take the photos and pointed out that they’re tiny for such a short time that it could a memory we’d like to keep - and that if I didn’t like the photos we could get rid of them. I am so glad that Pete convinced me to give it a go because the photos are so beautiful! He’s really captured the love and bond between me and my baby and they’re such precious photos. I would highly recommend Peter for family/baby photos and to definitely give the breastfeeding photos a go if you’re up for it! Thanks so much again, Nicola

We had a lovely family experience with Pete. I can't recommend him enough! He made the whole process, from booking to shooting and viewing, so easy and fun for us. I was a bit nervous, firstly because I don't really like to be photographed and then I had a 6 months old, who barely sits and gets tired or bored quickly. Also, we wanted an outdoor shooting and the weather wasn't very promising. But in the end it all turned out so well. The rain stopped for a while, my baby was all smiles and Pete took the most beautiful pictures of us. Pete also made the Zoom viewing appointment easy, although it was so hard to choose from all the wonderful images. When we received the pictures we couldn't stop looking at them. They are so much more than what we expected! Just love, love, love them! Thank you so much!

Having had a family photo shoot with Pete at Paredes Photography just recently, I must say I was extremely impressed! Pete made the whole process simple and smooth at every stage and made us feel at easy from the off! The photo shoot itself was great fun, full of laughter and smiles and he made it fully accessible to all involved in every way possible - whilst being very safe and Covid secure too! The viewing was done virtually and with our family bubble in two different location we were all able to share the pictures and pick our favourites with ease through a zoom meeting hosted by Pete! My family and I were lucky enough to win a shoot with Pete, and all I can say is, it was incredible. We had a great experience at a beautiful local location. My 4 year old daughter felt instantly at ease, and found Pete so funny. Although my one year old son took a bit longer to warm up to the camera, Pete was so patient, and really worked hard to create us some wonderful memories and photos to treasure. All of the photos are amazing, and one even made me cry! (In a good way!) I couldn't recommend highly enough!

Pete was great!! We were lucky enough to win a competition at Christmas and at first I chose to have a studio shoot but last minute changed to an outdoor location and Pete didn’t have a problem at all. He captured lovely photos of our family and presented them beautifully in a slideshow for our zoom photo viewing. I’d highly recommend using Pete if you need a photographer. He was great with our eldest (2 years) and is super friendly and down to earth 😊

I knew Pete was in for a hard time, 5 adults that don't like having their picture taken, and 1 toddler who is very shy and anxious in a new environment. We had a wonderful photo experience for our children during half term. Within seconds the girls were at ease with Pete which made the experience fun and enjoyable for them and gave us some fantastic shots. Despite Covid restrictions our viewing appointment on Zoom was great and Pete guided us through the many many photos he had taken and enabled us to get down to the very best shots. We arranged our photo shoot for Easter Sunday and were lucky enough to have one of the most beautiful days of the year to enjoy an outdoor photography experience in the Bluebell Woods. Our daughters, 6 and 3 had such an enjoyable experience. They had never met Peter before and it didn’t take them long at all before they were interacting, smiling and joking with Peter and ‘Monkey’ all around the woods. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Peter is extremely patient and this particularly showed when we couldn’t decide on which photos to have printed.... just over two hours of deciding - we finally agreed! We felt very comfortable in Peter’s company and would highly recommend Paredes Photograpy.

Pete has a wonderful way of capturing you and your family in an authentic and natural way. He captured the real essence of each of us (especially our baby daughter) and we love the photos we have. He also offers so many different packages of photos/prints/photo books etc so we were spoilt for choice. Well where to start, from the moment I won a half term photo shoot Peter was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, he was great with the children and made the whole experience so much fun for them. Viewing the photos was the hardest part as they were all so beautiful we didn't know which to choose. I Honestly couldn't be more chuffed with the photo's Pete has just delivered to us. Right from the start, he was professional and very entertaining both for us and the kids...he successfully brought a very shy husbaout of his shell too which is no mean feat! Due to Covid we viewed our photos via Zoom and although we presented him with a very chaotic household and wi-fi that didnt want to cooperate Pete took it all in his stride, never once making us feel bad for it! He gave honest recommendations on which pictures to choose and have examples of different styles on those we were unsure of. Overall I would highly recommend Pete and look forward to a repeat photo shoot when the kids are a bit older.

Pete is a wonderful photographer, his work speaks for itself. We had engagement photos and wedding photos which were out of this world! We have a huge aluminium wedding pic on our wall because we love it so much! ...I also took my daughter to have a baby shoot/ breastfeeding shoot - which was lovely. He knew how to make my lil girl smile, even when she was grumpy and teething! If you want someone who will put you at ease and really wants to work with you to get exactly what you want from a photography session then Pete's your guy! P.s. he also did a brilliant job of both rallying the masses together for group shots at our wedding, but also took his time to make sure we had beautiful photos of just my husband and I. Would highly recommend!

Peter took photos of both my daughters Holy Communion one year after each other. Both times he was professional and so friendly putting my whole family at ease. I hate having my photo taken but his encouragement helped me to relax. As there were 26+ families at each service, Peter issued us with specific time slots which were ordered and very organised. It meant there wasn’t a big rush to try and get the best spot by church and altar. The resulting photos which were delivered exactly when he said they would be were fantastic and are still pride of place on my walls. I usually don’t do reviews but have to say that this great service really needs to be shared.
