In summary we couldn’t have asked for anything else from our wedding photographer than what Dan did for us. We have only seen the preview of our wedding so far (which we received by lunchtime of the next day after our wedding which was amazing!) and are so happy with the pictures that we have seen, it makes us so excited to receive the full album. However much more than this though our guests made several comments about how Dan made them all feel so at ease about having their photographs taken, he was incredibly efficient at getting through the formal photos and really mixed in with everyone, thank you so much Dan and we will be recommending you to everybody we speak to who is looking for a wedding photographer.

Dan is FANTASTIC; I couldn’t recommend him enough. Not only are his pictures absolutely stunning, but having him (and Aidan) at our wedding was a pleasure, they were super helpful, super friendly and added so much to our day. They made us and our guests feel really relaxed which shows in the beautiful candid photos that we got back. I still can’t stop looking at the photos I was sooooo happy with them and there are so many amazing shots to pick from. The turnaround on the photos was crazy fast, we got our highlight photos the next day and the rest of the pictures followed a few days after, which was amazing, it was lovely looking through all the photos whilst the day was still fresh in our minds. On the run up to the wedding, all the comms with Dan was great, he responded quickly to any questions we had and made the whole process from start to finish seamless and stress free. We also had an engagement shoot with Dan which was amazing, I would 100% recommend that to couples also. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for anything better, the photos have surpassed our expectations. Dan really is a true professional and we are extremely grateful that he was part of our special day. Would recommend to anyone, without any hesitation. Thanks again Dan!

Don’t even know where to begin to explain how much of an incredible photographer Dan is, not just in his work but also in how reassuring and helpful he was throughout contact with him. Jade my wife honestly wouldn’t of been able to cope with how overwhelmed she felt in the morning of the wedding, but with Dan being there he was brilliant at calming her down and helping in every way even down to putting in her earrings for her haha. He was amazing with all the guests and every single one of them had commented on how fabulous he was. He put everyone at ease and just played such a big role in the day. The photos and videos that we have got from him are out of this world, capturing every moment throughout, even the most natural shots. They’re indescribable. We can’t thank him enough. We would also like to thank other Dan who was brilliant with the men in the morning, and also capturing some insane shots with the drone he had. The double Dan act that they had was just fantastic. Finally got round to putting in to words just how impressed we were with our Wedding Photography. I’ve known Dan for a lot of years now and he was my first choice when we started to plan the wedding. Neither of us were looking forward to having formal photos taken, but from the first consultation to the last photos of the day, we were looked after, made comfortable and had such a laugh together, that it didn’t feel like that at all. Dan’s help in the run up to the wedding and during the day was amazing too, nothing was too much trouble. We received our link to the photos within a few days (whilst we were on Honeymoon) and the USB when we got back, and there were so many amazing photos. We met Dan whilst he was working on a friends wedding and it took about 5 mins to realise this was the photographer for our wedding! Everything from planning the day for us in advance, follow up meetings to keep the plans up to date Dan was a delight to work with. He mingled in and got on with all the guests at our wedding so well you would have thought he was a guest too. The pictures throughout the day are brilliantly captured and some of the ones he took of just the two of us were amazing! The only problem is now trying to narrow down the pictures for the album! The ONLY wedding photographer we would recommend!! Absolutely first class service and a top guy too. Thank for for capturing our day!

Dan photographed my wedding in May 2018, and he was truly fantastic. His ability to capture so many special moments in such perfect photographs is incredible. We knew that we wanted Dan to photograph our wedding from the moment we met him, he is so well organised but chilled out at the same time and this really carries over to his work. He managed to make myself, my husband and our guests were comfortable and laughing throughout the whole day, which made for some incredible pictures! Dan truly went above and beyond on the day, from helping with decor, doing a last minute run with my mum to the church and all the other little things he helped out with. You barely realised he was taking so many pictures, he felt like another guest! Dan sent us some pictures over the following day which was incredible and then sent over the rest (700!) in both colour and in black and white over dropbox and in memory card form. Every photo was amazing and we are struggling to figure out the ones we want in our home! I couldn't be happy about our choice in Dan at Ginger Snaps Photography.

GingerSnaps wedding photography was absolutely brilliant. Dan is a very professional and candid photographer and took hundreds of outstanding (and flattering) photos of our wedding in Zambia. We have been blown away by the photos he managed to get (without anyone realising, #gingerninja) and capturing true emotion on film from me, my wife and all of our family and friends. Dan demonstrated his adaptability, humour and confidence throughout the wedding and was a calming voice and guide throughout the day. We cannot praise Dan enough; not only did he take outstanding photos; he was able to demonstrate organisation (of guests and bridesmaids), work with the other professionals in synchrony and act as an emergency seamstress! (10/10 for bow tying and veil fitting). Dan was able to remove stress and help to make the day a perfect. We are not surprised he is often booked up; and we would strongly recommend that you book ahead and chose Dan #Gingersnaps to be part of your day and capture moments you had no idea were happening. We have had experience of other “professional” photographers before but after Dan #gingersnaps it was clear that he was a league apart. The number of wedding guests approaching us and complimenting us on or photographer was crazy! We have been asked multiple times for his contact details since (for their weddings). We truly cannot praise Dan #Gingersnaps enough for the fantastic service he provided and the outstanding moments he has captured for us (with a VERY flattering light), I can’t find a single wedding guest who hasn’t used one of his photos as a profile picture! You MUST pick Gingersnaps, you’ll regret picking anyone else.

What an amazing photographer! I chose dan as he's photographed a few of my friends weddings and the pictures was just stunning so I knew I wanted him too! I couldn't of been happier with the pictures we received they are beautiful. He made us feel so relaxed and he's such a genuinely lovely bloke who made us laugh while staying so professional. He even offered one of the bridesmaids a lift as she couldn't find the car she was travelling in. I wanted to make an extra special effort to review Dan's business. Im a local photographer myself and I find Dan one of the most professional yet fun photographers to work with. The one thing that makes Dan stand out among the rest is his ability to make you completely relaxed around him. It instantly feels like you have been friends with him for a long time. When I have used him myself as a second shooter he is always highly commended by brides and i find my brides time and time again asking for him to be at their wedding. Ill be honest, when my wife first suggested Dan for our wedding, and I saw the price to hire him, I was really hesitant. But now, after our big day, he was well worth the price and more. Really friendly, guides everyone with taking pictures really easily, and on top of that, he even helped the girls out with getting ready in the morning XD. And after seeing the pictures, my god, was I stupid to think we were paying him too much, we were paying him to little XD. So Dan, I apologize for ever doubting you, the pictures you took where way more better then I ever thought they could be. I can't suggest this man any more with words. Please dont think like the old me and go with a cheap photographer and thinking your getting a discount, your not, your making a mistake.
