From start to finish, Tom was such a reassuring, professional presence. He knew just what to look for, and was always delighted to catch a shot we requested too, so great to work with. We chose Tom to do our wedding photos because we saw good reviews and he sounded like a nice guy too, we weren't disappointed, he is very friendly and approachable, and he made us feel at ease when we spoke over the phone before the day as well as when we met him on the day. We were in a rush on the day of the wedding and didn't have much time before we had to have our meeting at the registry office so we only had time for one photo before but Tom didn't mind and took it in his stride, we hope you didn't think we were rude haha! Tom was very professional afterwards when we were in the garden having more photos, he was engaging and kept us informed of everything he was doing, he made sure we got lots of good ones and included everyone in them.
