J. B.Wanted a large canvas print from selection of photos- amazingly helpful, spent long time assisting and advising. Collected the 36x36 within few days and It is absolutely incredible!! Finished to perfection. Nothing too much trouble and staff really took interest and pride in their job! I got bit emotional when I saw it! Thank you all so much - can’t recommend highly enough really lovely service!

A. N.Best laugh I've had in ages, didn't get any photos done, it was too busy, will go somewhere else, but putting a photo booth in a shop and selling cheap stuff with pictures slapped on them? Amazon has all that, much cheaper, but as a family holiday? Superb, funniest thing, ever.

J. B.I was surprised and impressed about their photography knowledge. They can even process medium format negatives (didn't think any high-street chain still did this). If you want good quality processing done quickly this is the place.
P. B.Good and fast service. The staff indicates the approximate time our job will take and are courteous with our queries. Satisfied with the photo quality and overall service. It's location in the Ipswich town centre adds a great value as it is easy to snap and collect while one can go around doing the other shopping :-) during the wait time.

K. C.Service is nice but they need to do something about the waiting times. For a simple passport picture, you may end up waiting in line for up to half an hour to then proceed to processing and payment, which totalled to an hour for 4 passport pictures. I will try and seek alternatives in Ipswich, however there aren't too many.

My only experience here is when I went in for a passport photo.
I had a few photos taken and was allowed to pick the best one, the photos where then developed in about 2 mins and 4 photos cut to size.
They give you a code which you can give the passport office, which links to your photos. It's them meant to email you a digital copy, but this didn't work, Gavin had the initiative to copy them onto his desktop and email them directly to me.
Great service which was very fast, efficient and at a fair price.
S. B.Great customer service they can develop color film usually within 1hr or so. Black & white may take a week though but that's to be expected.
