I cannot commend John Shelton’s work highly enough. The Ricoh Arena is a massive project which he undertook with a level of professionalism that was second to none. His attention to detail was superb, and his determination to finish the job commendable. John recognised the operational challenges faced by a venue like ours as a result of pre-booked business and footfall through the building. He accommodated existing events and was able to work around current bookings in a way that made the whole process as pain-free as possible. John’s technical support before and after completion of the video has also been invaluable. He has provided telephone support that has enabled me to roll out the 3D video to our sales team, across social media and onto our website. I would thoroughly recommend mi360 and John Shelton.
