We had a photoshoot with Jo and our dogs and we are so happy. Jo and her partner were so patient with our dogs and made the day so enjoyable. Not only are our photos beautiful, the dogs really enjoyed being little models. Beautiful photos and beautiful memories. Thank you!x

I have had two shoots with Jo, one for my horse and one with my dog.
Jo is such a lovely bubbly person, so easy totto get along with, ateat with the animals and thoroughly professional. When she came to take photos of my horse Orange, she offered to include my older horse Cruiser in some of them as well. This turned out to be the most special group of photos I have ever had. Cruiser passed away this year and on top of the beautiful photos I purchased in print she kindly sent me a digital image of my favourite photo of him to remember him by, over a year after the shoot.
Would highly recommend to anyone. Jo's photography skills are truly exquisite and capture the character of human and animal with beautiful flair.

Our beautiful Labrador, Isla, is not only a beloved member of the family but has been crucial to our health and well-being.
We chose Wildair Portraits because we knew that Johanna would capture the wonderful relationship between Isla and our daughter Lydia, and document this in her superb photographs.
The time we spent with Jo was so special from start to finish; her enthusiasm was contagious. The sessions were both professional and fun. Working from the heart, with commitment to quality and obvious highly developed skills, and giving so much time, Jo knew exactly how to get the best from both Isla and Lydia.
The resulting artwork was stunning. We had a superb collection of photographs to choose from. With a wide variety of options to suit our display needs, and Johanna's expert guidance, we now have permanent reminders of a joyful experience and our precious family.
Thank you Johanna and Wildair Portraits.

I found Wildair Portraits via a post on Facebook and was looking for a photographer to shoot weekly sessions of an upcoming litter I had due.
From a customer/client point of view I found Jo to be very responsive and helpful during them initial few conversations regarding what I was after…. From a photography point her images are amazing , but I can hands down say her patient way with the pups and also my children (from later sessions booked) kept me hooked on her and her work as a complete package. I think it’s massively important to have a connection with the person shooting the images as well as the quality images they produce and that can be the decision point.
I would highly recommend Wildair Portraits and will continue using them - even though I have relocated nearly 6 hrs away - the distance means nothing to the high level of service and again the connection I have felt whilst having the privilege of her shooting myself, my pups, children and older dogs.

I had seen some fantastic animal photography by Wildair Portraits, and it was always an ambition of mine to have a photo shoot with Wildair Portraits. I absolutely wasn’t disappointed. Johanna made me feel at ease straight away. My chestnut mare can sometimes be a bit awkward, and even when she was being, this was no problem for Johanna, who helped put me and my horse at ease. She is so professional, but so friendly and warm at the same time.
From a photography angle, I trust her implicitly. She knows exactly the right places to shoot (unbelievably so! A corner of my garden, a barn door opening for the lovely black background and the light from the right side to give a real contrast in the image. Places you would never even see or expect yourself, but once she shows you the image, you totally are wowed by what she’s done!).
Lastly, when viewing the images, she makes you feel so at ease, nothing is too much of a problem, and the time she gives is amazing, as well as her professional opinion on how to set the photos up in the home even.
I couldn’t recommend highly enough, her photography is out of this world, and her service and level of detail mirrors her photography skill.

Jo came to do a photoshoot with my animal family as a treat for my 50th birthday. She had a lot to contend with, a nutty border collie, a nosy ginger cat, my diva of a dressage cob and a particularly grumpy retired mare! It was a beautiful summer evening and Jo had all the time in the world for us, making the animals feel at home, finding perfect locations and waiting for the perfect light. The results were incredible, I was absolutely blown away. It was so hard to pick a few. The attention to detail, right down to the presentation of my prints and memory stick, was just amazing. I will treasure my beautiful photos forever ❤

Well! Words cannot describe what Wildair Portraits have done for me. Joanne has such a natural and very talented way of making you feel so relaxed and totally tranquil during the shoot. Her skills are second to none, the way she is able to capture a moment and a feeling is breathtaking. Something that a lifetime of words cannot portray. I cried (with joy) while viewing her work both still shots and behind the scenes video. She has taken something so close to my heart and published it in a way were I can begin to show others how I feel. Something I will always have to look at, a moment in time, memories captured for a lifetime. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
