I've had photos taken by Dan a couple of times now and am always so impressed with the finished product. Dan makes you feel completely at ease during a shoot and has an amazing eye for detail. He captures brilliant photos which are always edited to a really high standard. I would recommend him for any event or photo shoot and will definitely use him again in the future. I also bought one of his prints from his website and it looks great in my flat, I'm really happy with it. Thank you Dan.

From booking him to do our wedding photography, to getting the images at the end, the service we got from Dan was second to none. Planning a wedding can be stressful at times (!) but sorting out our photography with Dan was a really easy experience, one of the easiest we had with any of our suppliers. He even took the time to visit our venue with us before the day so he could plan the shots we wanted in advance and chat with the owners of the venue to make sure that he was using the space as effectively as possible. On the day, Dan was absolutely brilliant – putting us at our ease but without being intrusive. He made sure we got photos we’d decided in advance while allowing us to get some impromptu pictures in the middle of it all (including the groom playing with a giant chess set and the bride and groom with a stuffed leopard – our venue wasn’t exactly a traditional one)! His relaxed attitude was absolutely perfect for us and meant that we got some incredible natural pictures of our day. Guests even commented to us afterwards how great Dan was, saying it was refreshing to have a wedding photographer who was chilled out and incredibly competent. We opted for a great value digital package and we were really impressed how quickly Dan managed to give us the finished images. We had all the photos ready to download just over two weeks after our big day – this meant we were free to print those we wanted, although the pictures were so good we found that we basically wanted them all printed out with multiple copies to share with friends and family! When I first saw the finished photos, I actually felt a bit emotional they were so good. Dan had managed to get some amazing moments from the day, from guests arriving at the venue to our first steps down the aisle as a married couple, to us drinking and dancing at the end, and the quality of every picture was incredible. We wouldn’t hesitate to highly recommend Dan as a wedding photographer – he captured our day absolutely perfectly, he’s a great bloke and will do you proud if you get him to photograph your wedding.

I hired Dan to do event photography for a charity auction night in 2019 at Thornton Hall. He was absolutely brilliant and I couldn't fault his service. He captured everything I wanted and more and to a really high standard. He was brilliant with all the guests and his relaxed and friendly demeanour was great to get people to relax in front of the camera giving us some fantastic pictures to use for promotional material and to look back on for memories. When it came to the key moments of the night, Dan didn't miss a trick and was great and corralling guests into group shots. It completely took the stress away from myself and I didn't have to stress at all about making sure we had good photos. His turnaround on editing was quick but that didn't affect the quality of what he produced. I'm forever grateful to Dan for capturing my best and most proud moment. Excellent service from a professional. We had a family portrait after seeing some of his work on Facebook and could not be happier with what Dan was able to produce. Dan ensures a personal approach to his photography. He has captured myself and my club athletes training and competing. His communication is excellent and his understanding of what you want from the photo shoot is equally as good.
