I met Emma at a wedding I attended several years ago and knew if I ever were to get married then she would be my photographer as I was so impressed with how fab she was. Fast forward and we have just received our photographs that she took of our wedding and we are completely bowled over by how good they are. From our initial contact and meetings Emma was so friendly and chatty we instantly warmed to her and felt like we had known her for ages. On the day she fit right in to the goings on and chatting away to our family and friends. And at other times she was expertly taking pictures of precious moments as they happened without us even noticing she was there! She worked tirelessly throughout the day and many of our friends and family commented on how brilliant she was. I have been to weddings before where the photographer is very stuffy and bossy and ordering all sorts of shots but Emma was none of that we felt super relaxed and at ease whilst also getting the pics we wanted. We didn't stop laughing and it really shows on the finished product how happy and fun the shoots were. As for the actual photographs - WOW. The colour and quality of them are absolutely stunning and they capture our day perfectly, we keep going through them and smiling our heads off. If you are considering booking Emma for your wedding then do it immediately. She is worth every single penny and more for the work she does and you will not regret it one bit. Photographs are one of the few things you have forever from your wedding day and thanks to Emma, ours are incredible. Thank you Emma x

We were very lucky to have Emma photograph our wedding in December 2021. We knew we didn’t want the day to feel too constrained or traditional on speaking to Emma for the first time we knew she got us completely and would be the perfect fit for us (and wouldn’t make us do any terrible poses!) When booking the wedding, we hadn’t factored in the lack of daylight! But thankfully Emma gave us lots of ideas as to how we could make the most of the light which has left us with the most amazing city photos which sum up how excited and happy we were on the day. We came across her following a recommendation from a lovely lady who sadly could no longer continue with photography due to the pandemic and we are very thankful that she matched us up. Emma knew exactly what we wanted, made us feel at ease, made us laugh and felt completely at home with our friends and family. We are so happy that Emma was there to capture our day, we cannot recommend her enough or express the worth of investing in an amazing photographer. Thank you Emma, you really were the best!

Emma made us both feel so comfortable (especially since I hate people looking at me!) and captured so many of the moments that made our day so special. Looking back through our wedding photos instantly brings back the feelings of the day, which Emma captured so beautifully and naturally. Emma has such a lovely warm, relaxed and easy going style yet somehow manages to be completely in control so you don't have to worry about anything. She was flexible and happy to go with the flow on the day and I can't imagine anything would faze her. We planned our small wedding just a week before (after getting fed up with several covid postponements!) and Emma put us completely at ease, talking us through her previous experience at the venue and the type of photos we wanted. Emma did our wedding (& a pre wedding) photos way back in 2015! We chose her for her relaxed style, love of dogs and all round awesome personality! From the initial consultation and pre-wedding shoot through to the her wonderful skills on the day and the final presentation of our images on USB in a beautiful wood box I can't fault her professionalism and wonderful personality. She had all the bridesmaids laughing all day and even provided the tissues when it all got a bit emotional as I was signing the register. It's impossible not to feel relaxed in front of the camera when working with Emma. We are beyond happy with all of our wedding photos and would recommend Emma time and time again!

Me and my new hubby just can’t thank Emma enough for such a wonderful experience from start to finish. We initially contacted Emma in 2020 at the start of lockdown and she was more than helpful whilst booking in such uncertain times. She put us completely at ease. We had to cancel our original date and Emma was more than accommodating which meant we were stress free! Emma and I kept in contact through social media and when we finally got to meet it was like meeting a friend and we had the added bonus of cuddles from Cooper the dog! Emma was our wedding photographer and we couldn't recommend her more. We had a pre-wedding photoshoot with Emma before our big day and she immediately put us at ease. We are not the most comfortable at getting our photo taken but Emma had us feeling like pros in no time. We would definitely recommend booking a shoot before your wedding so you get used to it. On the big day, Emma was professional yet personable throughout. She both blended in and was a welcome addition to the day. She went out of her way to capture some incredible images and was able to think on her feet and not let the terrible weather get in the way of getting the photos we wanted. Despite how busy she had been over the Summer, we received our photos promptly and were absolutely blown away with what a beautiful record of our day they were. We were looking for someone to take genuine and beautiful photos of our micro wedding and fell in love with Emma’s authentic and colourful style. And yes, she met all of our expectations and beyond! Emma was so lovely and made everyone feel instantaneously comfortable. This mattered a lot, especially because our wedding was so small and intimate. Neither of us usually likes having our photos taken but under Emma’s magical and relaxed guidance we both felt natural and actually had a lot of fun - and ended up with some stunning photos, of course. Emma also did a fantastic job in quietly capturing the little moments that mattered so much (such as the weeping groom). We had chosen to book Emma only for a couple of hours and were worried about the boring backgrounds of our central Liverpool wedding location. However, this proved to be an empty concern because Emma was super creative in finding a range of spaces and places to shoot, such as a little flower meadow in the middle of a roundabout! Overall, Emma is super lovely, talented and professional and we were left with a stack of beautiful and special photos that fulfilled all our wishes and dreams. We recently used Emma to take photos for our intimate wedding in central Liverpool with just our closest family present..... Emma is pure magic! She made us all feel super comfortable having our photos taken and we didn't feel awkward once (which is something my other half complains of a lot!) I’ve followed Emma and her wonderful photography for some years now, and always loved her colourful and candid style, so when we were looking for our own wedding photographer we knew exactly who we wanted, and Emma certainly lived up to expectations!! We wanted a laid back and relaxed wedding day, so Emma’s ability to capture the natural and candid moments as they happened was perfect. Our wedding party was small (thanks 2020!) and all of the guests commented on how friendly Emma was and how they barely knew she was taking photos - impressive considering the small size of our party!! We also had two doggy guests at the wedding, who received a lot of attention from Emma - and nearly as many photos as us!! Full marks for ability to work with animals! We absolutely LOVE the photos that Emma captured for our special day. When we received them, we spent the evening going through and smiling at each one. We chose Emma for the relaxed and colourful nature of her photographs. Emma was great from the start, checked in with us throughout lockdown and embraced all the back-up plans we gave her. Changes to the Covid restrictions (yay 2020 weddings!) meant we moved our wedding forward a week with a few days notice and Emma was amazing, re-arranging things so she could shoot our day. On the day Emma was fantastic, putting us both at ease so we got lovely relaxed couple photos, chatting with our guests and getting those shots that you have no idea of as the bride and groom (like toddlers wandering around with champagne flutes!). She also kept an eye on the time so we could make it to the beach for photos at sunset which are incredible. We never would have got these without Emma. We love all the photos as they capture the day so well. The prints we ordered from Emma are fantastic quality and the only way to do her photos justice. We would 100% recommend Emma.

Emma photographed our wedding and was wonderful from start to finish. Her photographs are so vibrant and joyful that I knew I wanted her for our wedding immediately. As well as a brilliant photographer, Emma is friendly and fun, and as soon as we met, we knew she would fit in with our day perfectly. Prior to the wedding she was transparent about cost, turnaround time and services, and was totally professional and great at communicating in the run up to the day (all of which are super helpful and important for a stressed out bride-to-be!) On the day itself Emma managed to capture the most brilliant shots of us all and was so unobtrusive that we all forgot that she wasn't part of the gang! After the ceremony, we wanted a couple of more formal pictures as well as photos of the two of us (family group shots etc.), and Emma wrangled everyone professionally and with ease - and importantly to us, all the guests thought she was great too! We really were all able to enjoy our day, from getting ready right through to the end of the night without feeling self-conscious, and without having to miss out on our reception! Emma was so easy to work with and immediately put everybody at ease, which really shines through in all of the photos. The photos themselves are so vivid and natural, and beautifully shot. She captured so many special (and in some cases hilarious) moments and the photos really tell the story of the day from start to finish. We absolutely love all of our photos and can't recommend Emma highly enough.

You have to make lots of very important decisions when planning and organising your special day and none more important than your wedding photographer. Emma photographed our whole wedding day at Titanic Hotel in Liverpool and captured the differing emotions of our day so beautifully. On the build up to the day Emma is very attentive and spends time learning and understanding about you as a couple and what is important to you. On the day, Emma effortlessly works away in the back ground blending in with your guests so well that you wouldn’t think she was there. After the day Emma turned around a sneak peek very quickly despite being so busy with the peak of wedding season. When we sat to look at our sneak peek we were blown away and very emotional…the photographs were amazing and so on point with what we wanted. When we received the full gallery we were so struck by the quality of the professional pictures, capturing the people so naturally in their vibrant colours and mix of shade and light. Emma then brought us a beautiful presented USB of the gallery and offered us her help and advice on choosing the pictures for our album and the album style. We couldn't have made a better choice and couldn't recommend Emma highly enough. It won’t be the last time we use Emma for our important life events (and future pics of our family dog!) as we both feel we have gained a friend for life.

We happened across Emma after speaking to a friend and thought she sounded fantastic from the start. We browsed her amazing website and saw bursts of colour and radiant smiles of wedding guests captured at their best. My now husband arranged to meet with Emma in the wedding reception; Leaf on Bold Street, Liverpool. We had a coffee and a chat about how she enjoys candid photography and capturing moments that are less formal. That combined with her telling us about Cooper, her beautiful Pooch, sealed the deal.
