We all thoroughly enjoyed our family photo shoot with Jacqueline and are thrilled with the final images. Jacqueline helped us all to relax and really make the most of the time we spent in her studio. On the way home, our boys suggested that we make it a family occasion every year they had so much fun!

Jacqueline is a phenomenal photographer in all aspects. From the very beginning she is very welcoming and knows how to gently get you in the the right position for the best shots. I attended for Professional headshots and was very happy with the result. She tailored the saturation perfectly to suit my skin colour. It was a very hot and humid day in August. Jacqueline kept her fan close enough throughout the session to maintain comfort and ultimately produced good quality pictures. My daughters attended the session and they attested to my comments above.

We had SO much fun at our family photo shoot. Jacqueline did an amazing job and it was no mean feat either - her job was to shoot a series of family photos which needed to include 4 horses and our dog! The morning session (off site of course) was so relaxed and really easy to coordinate thanks to Jacqueline's patience and calming and reassuring manner. I booked a "One-shot Headshot" appointment with Jacqueline for 1.30pm and was with her for around 40 minutes - this was not a rush-job and she clearly takes care to get the right photo for her clients. Jacqueline is a naturally gifted photographer that makes you feel so at ease. Her studio has a lovely relaxing feel and is centrally located. I used Penn road studio to update my website images. Trusting someone to take some tasteful boudoir photos is very difficult! Jacqueline did an amazing job as a surprise wedding gift for my new husband. There was a problem with the printing and colours and she bent over backwards to get them reprinted perfectly and delivered in a very short time frame in time for the wedding. She also did our wedding day for us. She understands how to take fabulous, very natural shots, and also very quickly gets a feel for the people she's working with and how to work with them for some incredible results. I can't thank her enough. She added in a few passport photos for me which I've never had done before, which will be great for my official documents.

I visited Jacqueline's studio when it first opened, after realising I couldn't use the disastrous passport photo I'd taken in a booth. It was a decision well made as I've since had lots of favourable comments about my passport profile! One customs officer actually said she'd never seen anyone look so good in their passport picture. That must be a first! I've recently been back to Penn Road Studio for a headshot for my new website. I hate having my picture taken, and don't feel at all photogenic, but Jacqueline helped me to relax and be natural. We have used Jaqueline at Penn Road studios for two family photo sessions. One in the studio when our twins were ten months old and one on location at our house and in our garden a couple of years later. Both photo sessions resulted in fabulous family photos, which we were extremely pleased with. Jaqueline has a great eye for a good shot and makes everyone feel relaxed and at ease. We included our three whippets in the session at our house and we have some lovely photos of us all. We bought large canvases of the children and some beautiful large framed prints. The quality of the framing and canvases is very good and far better than anything I had previously bought on line. Overall I would say a fantastic family photographer both in the studio and in your own home.
