Great service, and value, from a real camera shop. I ordered on Friday afternoon, after the cutoff time for courier collection. Andy emailed to explain this, and confirm that the (used) camera was packed and ready to send on the following Tuesday. True to his word, it was delivered promptly, in excellent condition, on the Wednesday.

Honest advice and friendly service. I bought a Nikon D3400 from Amazon. Although the camera is still under guarantee the seller is no longer on Amazon and therefore they won't refund my money. Honest advice from Chiswick Cameras told me to pursue my claim rather that waste my money on repairing the camera, rather than take my money. Will be returning to buy a lens and can wholeheartedly recommend this shop. I wished I had bought my camera from them in the first place as the price was similar.

This is an excellent independent camera shop. The service is good and the advice straight-up without a push to upsell you on products. Their main brands are Fujifilm and Nikon, but they also stock a number of cameras from brands like Sony, Olympic, Panasonic, Pentax, etc. including point-and-shoot cameras. They also buy and sell second-hand cameras (one of the few that do) and have some very nice second-hand cameras at good prices, usually coming with a limited warranty - especially useful if you are on a budget or starting out in photography and not wishing to over-invest. They also offer a range of services from repairs and sensor cleaning to data recovery, printing, processing and video/dvd transfer and a good range of quality accessories. I have been very happy with the service that they have provided me as a keen amateur photographer.

What can I say that hasn't already been said, came across these guys by pure chance, knowing I wasn't looking for what they had in the shop they still gave me there time, turns out there advice was second to none and I returned a day later and purchased a Fuji Instead of the canon I thought I needed, I just spent my first day out with the camera and although my skills have a long way to go, I can go really say the camera they sold me was unbelievable, I'm so happy with the shots I've taken, tools of any trade help you succeed - Great energy from the staff and they really know there stuff... I highly recommend, from my experience they treat all customers the same, if yout thinking about using this company be assured they are genuine guys
