My mother and I visited yesterday looking for snappy snaps. But thank goodness we came here first!! Ash was so friendly and professional helping my mother and I with passport photos for Jamaica. Ash even emailed the photos to me for future references. We will definitely be back as we live locally and there are a range of other services to choose from!! Thank you so much for your help Ash.. I visited the store today for their passport photo service. I was intending to go to snappy snap but this store was closer. I was immediately greeted by a lovely staff member (unfortunately I didn’t get his name) he was friendly and made me laugh straight away. He was dealing with a customer at the time but offered me a seat while I waited as I am currently using crutches. I was able to get my photos done while have a lovely chat with the staff member which definitely brighten my mood. I don’t usually write reviews but the top service I received shouldn’t go unrecognised. 5*

I have been coming here for passport photos and other photo needs for a long time but yesterday's experience is too good to keep private. I went for new US style passport photos which were quickly and well photographed and processed for a reasonable £13. This is funny because my oldest son went to get his same pics at Snappy Snaps and paid...wait for it!...£20! Unbelievable! If you're in N.London pass by the rip off merchants and go to Kodak Express next door!

Visited to get old negatives transferred to digital. Went there on recommendation which was spot on. Very friendly staff. They had the ability to handle the 3 different size negatives I had. Transferred to my USB Drive and also emailed them to me. They do all things to do with pics... Framing and also metal frames which I really liked the look of. Lots of people came in for passport photos while I was there. Saturday has free local parking. As well. In the heart of the main road so got some shopping done while I was waiting. Bonus

It was the first time going to the shop today and they were really lovely and efficient !I I needed to develop some film photos and it's not always easy to find a photo studio that still does that and they provided it for really fast and the quality was great. I will definitely come again. A real gem in Kilburn !!

Great place to take baby passport pics. Had my baby's passport pics taken here twice and had a great experience! The owner / manager is super friendly and patient with babies. Provided a comfy cushion for baby to lie on which was very handy!! Good value too only 9.99 for 8 photos. Would absolutely recommend.

Kodak express Kilburn is my favourite place in London to get my film developed. The service is outstanding and they develop 35mm as well as medium format. This place can easily compete with the pro labs as well as being a walk in place for many other services such as prints, passport photos etc. I honestly can not recommend it enough. The guys who run it are always super nice and very helpful. I have developed hundreds of films with them and once (yes once out of all the rolls of films) there was a few specks of dust on a scan and they immediately re scanned it and it came back perfect. Great for film lovers.

Super nice service! I've been there a few times and they've given me the same high level service and individual attention, no matter how small my project is. From just a simple 7x5 photo print to large scale photo retouching and framing, they're ready to help and go above and beyond. It truly feels like a neighborhood shop, who really cares about treasuring your memories.

I had a large panoramic photograph printed and framed. I spoke with Snappy Snaps first and I was not confident they could do a good job. I came to Kodak and I was dealt with very helpfully by Hanif, who advised on everything from the size of the image to the framing. They were better informed and better value than Snappy Snaps. Not an upsetting experience, it was rather delightful. The manager was fast-paced with taking passport photos for those who requested. As well as those who were printing their photos from their device and requested for help he answered their query as soon as he could. I asked the manager what would happen if the Dutch Embassy do not accept the photos, he simply told me to bring it back and with the letter that shows you have been declined. You can retake photos or take your money back.

The staff here are so friendly they always go above and beyond to help their customers .... They are so honest and very trustworthy, they helped me restore a photo of my children that got stuck to the glass in the frame and then smashed ripping the photo and leaving bits stuck to the glass (i was devastated this was a irreplaceable photo) and they fixed and reprinted it for me..... I recently visited them to have my passport photo taken, and wasn't happy with my appearance, the staff was kind to me and very patient they help me choose the best photo and made sure I was extremely happy before leaving the shop..... Ash went above and beyond in regard to customer service for me today and he is an asset to Kodak. Having been let down at the last minute by another shop, I had a very important printing job. My grandfather has just passed away and we wanted large photos of him on display at my sons christening. Ash edited and produced some beautiful prints. All in a very short space of time, whilst short staffed and running a very busy shop. My family and I are so grateful for Ash’s kindness and the superb service that we received. Excellent Service. I required a digital passport photo for my Irish Passport renewal. The format differs from the UK online passport format. The first photo was not accepted by the system and Hanif recommended I come into the store for a second photo. He retook my photo and tested this online himself, before I left the store. He forwarded this onto me and I successfully completed my application online.

A friendly service, competitive prices, professional digital prints and very good advice that gets you good results every time! I recently had to get a fast track passport renewal and arrived first thing in the morning to find the manager helping a disabled lady into the shop; we all struck up a conversation laughing and sharing our passport photo issues. I was pleasantly surprised to see the manger cleverly attending to both of our needs together whilst encouraging our three way processing without insisting that one of us wait. Pretty quick service for passport photos, although the shop assistant didn't give me a chance to look at the photo before it was printed, which isn't great for something I have to live with for 10 years. He also didn't ask me how many I wanted, and I only realised there was a cheaper option for less photos once I'd paid.
