She clearly knows what’s she’s doing with both babies and parents as would rearrange our hands (no claw hands!), clothes and hair or advise on positions to stand in to get the best photos. I booked Sara-Jane of shutterbaby photography after finding her details online. I went by the reviews and I saw her beautiful photos, I definitely made the right choice. She was professional and so good with my daughters, she took some amazing pictures which isn't easy to do with a newborn and a 3yr old. She involved my toddler and made her feel so comfortable, got my Toddler to smile for some cute pics. I loved how swiftly the pics were ready, we got to view them the day after the photo shoot so we could select the ones we liked. I would without a doubt use shutterbaby photography again for more photo shoots in the future and I'm also planning on booking Sara-Jane for my sister's family photoshoot.

Sara-Jane is a professional and experienced photographer who did a great job capturing our family photos with a toddler and a newborn. We recently used Sara Jane to take photos of our newborn baby and she was brilliant. She was so patient with our daughter who took a while to settle at the start of the session, and helped us also get some lovely family shots which we would not have otherwise taken. Having her come to our house was brilliant, as we would not have felt like going out to a studio with our new baby. Through the whole process Sara Jane was very quick to reply to emails and questions and also very quick to help us change the date of our session when our daughter arrived early. I highly recommend Sara-Jane for your newborns photography shoot! She is very professional, friendly, creative and simply amazing! I really didn't want to miss out on capturing my newborns early days especially with the current Pandemic and was very pleased to know that Sara-Jane could come to our home and capture some unique images. This was a bonus for a mum of 2 like me who didn't want the hassle of travelling to a studio! She followed strict safety guidelines by wearing a face mask, regularly hand sanitising and cleaning all props between clients. She transformed my home into a studio like setting and took the most beautiful pictures of my newborn and toddler. She is amazing with children as she managed to get my toddler to sit and actually smile for some pictures as well as capture some breath taking images of my newborn both awake and asleep! We are so happy we chose to have Sara-Jane over the other day to capture some pictures of our newborn and toddler at home. She quickly set up a space on our bed and set about taking some pictures while the baby was awake. She then very patiently waited till the baby was asleep to capture some beautiful sleeping shots. She allows plenty of time for the shoot so there was no pressure for him to fall asleep immediately; the session was totally baby led. Sara-Jane took some amazing pictures of my daughter, at 3 months old (nearly 4 years ago!) that landed her a modelling contract! Since then, she has always taken our children's pictures on several occasions and I can honestly honestly say hand on heart, I have never been disappointed. We asked Sara-Jane to do both a maternity and newborn photo shoot for my second child and she was absolutely fantastic with both! She was incredibly flexible and cooperative. I was really keen to have an outdoor maternity photo shoot - as the weather wasn’t in our favour, she was more than happy to reschedule a couple times, and finally, luckily, we got a gorgeous morning in Dulwich park to capture this special time. She even helped me select what we could all wear! Newborn photo shoot was equally great- she stayed over 3 hours to ensure we got all the shots we wanted. She’s also incredible with kids! As we had some family over at the time, we wanted to get some shots with my 2 nieces in addition to my 3year old son. As anyone can imagine, trying to manage 4 young children at once is not easy but somehow she managed to get some great shots of them! We were slightly disappointed in the last few group family shots mainly due to kids getting restless..but when asked if we could retake these a few days later, Sara-jane was more than happy to come around again to take some more shots. We liked the photos so much we had a difficult time choosing which ones to keep! Thanks very much Sara-Jane!

Sara-Jane recently spent 5 hrs photographing our 2 week old twins. She came armed with all the possible props you could need like blankets, hats, shawls, blackboard, shorts etc. Our twins were being quite awkward being awake whilst the other was asleep etc but Sara-Jane was very patient and extremely confident in dealing with them both. We had a total of over 30 pictures to choose from and were such great quality had a lot of difficulty getting it down to 10. Whilst not cheap the service is good value for money and are very happy with pictures that will remind us of the early years of our family.
