I have used services at Snappy Snaps for many years now. I would like to take this opportunity to formally thank all the staff there (namely Shilpa and Veronica - for my visit on 17/2/22) Both ladies were exceptionally helpful, kind and considerate in taking passport photos of my 3 week old Daughter, which definitely was not straight forward 😂😂 Really professional, prompt and effective service. I have been to this Snappy Snaps many times over the years for Oyster card photos back when you had to write the form manually and send it, passport photos and recently to print and frame digital art as gifts for friends. I have always been very happy with the level of customer service from all members of staff, their professionalism, patience, attentiveness, high value and kindness. Tush was really helpful and went above and beyond to meet my very tight deadline of printing and binding 40 copies of a 30 page brochure in less than 24 hours. Snappy Snap was 1/3 x cheaper than the originally provider who quoted me and they were fast, efficient and quick to update me on my request being delivered 3 hours earlier than expected! They really made the process very smooth for me and I would be forever grateful. Thank you to the team for also helping me carry the booklets to the taxi!

I printed a few photos here and bought a 4-photo frame as a present, and I received a very attentive, personalised and competent service from Veronica. She helped me with the selection of the format and the editing of the prints, then she cut the photos for me and arranged them in a tasteful way in the frame, so I left the shop with the present fully ready.

Veronica was very helpful when it came to printing a banner for my university society. She recommended appropriate sizing for my banner so that I could get the best quality for the amount I wanted to spend. Great service! Thank you for arranging passport photos for my elderly relative! They have turned out amazing and she was very happy with them! To those thinking a supermarket photobooth will do the same job, I dont think they will as you only get a couple of tries before the machine spits out a set of photos. On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly/patient and made my relative feel very comfortable. I will be back soon! Thank you!

A huge thank you to the staff at Hammersmith especially shilpa aka mother hen and Bhupen. I am the PTA chair and they have helped us sort school photos at the last min. The school has been using shilpa to assist us for a few years. However I have personally been supported by her this year and grateful is a understatement. I appreciate her help highly especially as I was very stressed by the situation. Every time I have gone into store the staffs energy has been so uplifting and calming. This was 2nd time visting the Hammersmith branch I had planned to shop in Richmond but found the Manager rude and unwilling to serve so they loss my custom. Hammersmith Manager was so welcoming from the second I enter the branch, and spent a good amount of time with me helping me, make the best purchase for a picture I spent over a year traking down, which need to be enlarged. 30 minutes later not only had I decided to go ahead and get my picture enlarge to it largest size but also purchase a picture frame to go with it. My next issue was taking it home and the branch manager really went beyound and kindly delivered to my home. I know where I be shopping in future and recomending to friends and family. Hammersmith keep up the good work and the Richmond manager, take notes!

To be honest I recommend you as the best since I started doing paper work there, at first before knowing snappy snaps Hammersmith and kings street Road I was told by someone about there services so I went there and fortunately one of the staff by the name of Shilpa gave me a nice reception and attended to me so actively as it was expected one of the thing that amazes me was their dress ,spirit of accommodation and their computer systems they are working with to print in and out are so standard, I went with a documents that I was not seeing clearly but their systems helped me greatly to retrieve it so on this note I am well confidence of their service delivery to be 100% for me. Also the staff's are so polite and well organized with strong focus on their job, They are always available when called upon even if there is no way for your work to be done with a beat of delay they still have a fast and reliable means of getting it right on time as we are all working on time in the world today so on this note I will like to say a special thanks to the management for their great cooperation in their services we hope and pray they continue with their good work as we are benefitting from it a lot.

Bought frame and asked for a print of my photo to fit in it. On collection, the photo had been cut and fitted into the frame all ready for me which impressed me but the pure white background from my photo looked greyish and my daughter's bright red top looked more like burgundy so I asked if there was a way they could get replicate the brightness properly and within 30 mins I had a much better quality photo put in the frame at no extra cost. Good customer service.

Since 2013, I have used this branch of Snappy Snaps - 5 times - for passport photos. Great quality digital & print versions, there is a reason I keep coming back! Staff are super friendly, knowledgable and even when they are busy they are generous with their time. Yes it costs more than a photo booth in a shopping mall but you'll get a better finish & it will be compliant. Thanks to all, I'll be back.

I have been using this branch of Snappy Snaps for years, ever since I got a lot of prints done after a bereavement. Every time they are so helpful and kind, and go above and beyond to be helpful. They help make sure you know how to print, they do things rapidly when you need it and they are great at taking passport photos too. Always a pleasure to come in here and be looked after by Mother Goose (Shilpa). I wish more shops had staff like this!

The website isn’t as straightforward as it should be. It’s cluttered. Looks old. Feels old. And I personally would redesign the website and perhaps introduce an app if one isn’t available. It took forever to find the information I needed, but I eventually managed to find details about printing on Matt paper and sizing prices. It’s a good reliable company, good products, but the website is a stressful experience.

The staff are great and they have everything you need from photo printing services to passport shots. Make sure you ask for digital copies of your photos for visas and passports as it's cheaper to come back for future prints and just email them the copy you want printed. They have a great set up of computers where you can send photos through bluetooth and straight to print. Really easy to get to from the tubes and busses at Hammersmith station.

I've always found staff to be helpful. Their range of services are all listed on their window display and it's conveniently situated at the top of King St , opposite Broadway shopping centre. They helped me rescue small 2"x 3" ancient black and white photos into expanded images to frame.

Very professional staff who write down what you want done to your t-shirts. A whole team of eleven player's. I was concerned about them getting it wrong due to another shop messing it up! But everything went well from start to finish and now the business is fully up and running, all team members have loved the team's logo and their personalised shirts. A family had a newborn baby who was in for his passport pic's and ALL THREE STAFF AND PARENT'S FINALLY managed to settle him PLUS get a little smile...Wind! Top shop. Prices couldn't be negotiated unfortunately EVEN THOUGH £200 Was spent in total!

Done various art photos then and it is super easy to do so. They have e- WiFi printer so you can order different items in no time straight from your phone ! Excellent location just outside Hammersmith Broadway

The best Snappy Snaps store in West London. You can upload and create your personalised photo gifts from home (the other shops don't seem to offer this!) and then pop in store to collect. The staff are very helpful, especially if you are not a tech wizz, and offer sound advice. I highly recommend the team at Hammersmith. It was ok enough. Just felt really rushed. They take your photo right there next to the counter in front of other customers and you don't really have any time to fix yourself or look into a mirror properly. Otherwise the staff are friendly and prints are up yo passport standards.
