Today me and some of my family visited Urban Vibes Studio for a makeover and photoshoot. Reading some of these low reviews, I can say that I agree the prices for the photos are high but the quality is fantastic. The makeup artists and hairdressers are very friendly and social so we didn’t feel awkward at all. Our photographer was a lady who was really funny, chatty, and didn’t make the session uncomfortable at all. Even my cousin who is very shy completely came out of her shell and couldn’t wait for more photos. The photographer we had was very patient, and knew what exactly where we should look and sit for the best photos. They definitely don’t give you anything less than you pay for with the photos. She also made sure we each had a similar amount of photos each so it was fair. We were welcomed by a kind gentleman who took our bags and coats for us, and the lady who works at the computer made sure we were never thirsty and answered all our questions. Overall, this was an incredible experience and I’m very happy with how the photos look and the makeup artists and hair dressers did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend.

Took my daughters (8 & 13) for a treat. Lovely staff who did age appropriate hair and makeup with lots of glitter! Danny the photographer was brilliant with them and took lots of wonderful shots. No hanging about, very professional a lovely way to spend an afternoon. No pressure to buy the photos but they were so good we came away with a few more than planned 😀 Would definitely recommend .

I had such a wonderful time at the studio today. Everybody there went above and beyond to make us welcome as soon as we arrived. Also It was my daughter's birthday and they were willing to go out of their way to help her celebrate that. Secondly the make up and pampering my daughter and I received was highly professional and made us both feel and look as natural and outstanding as possible. Lastly, but most importantly, my highest praise goes to the photographer. He was the warmest and most professional photographer both my daughter has said she has used and I totally agree. He worked hard to get the best out of both of us. He also put us both at ease. His instructions were clear and precise which ultimately lead to the loveliest photos that I have seen of both myself and my daughter in a very long time. So much so we took most of them! Lol. So in conclusion I would say that if you'd like good professional or private photos done you would do well to contact this studio. Best day. More than I expected. Thank you Urban Vibe.

Just finished a baby bump shoot at urban vibe studio. Had the most fantastic time. James gave me a warm welcome when I arrived and ensured I was comfortable. Sonia did a fantastic job with my hair and makeup, it was absolutely spot on. Danny the photographer was amazing and made me feel totally at ease. I took my mother and daughter to the studio as a Christmas present. We were the first of the day which was great. We had our makeup and hair done. The girls were lovely and even painted my daughter's nails: she was thrilled. Then we met Iggy, the photographer.He talked us through the process, told us to get changed and started the shoot. He was brilliant throughout, patient and resourceful with the little one. We had to wait a little to view the pictures, but weren't disappointed. The quality is amazing. To purchase the pictures is a bit pricey but all in all we had a great day and lots of fun. Would definitely recommend it as a family.

Amazing afternoon! I had my makeup and hair done in around one hour, the kind lady listened to my desires and gave me brilliant suggestions. James, the manager was very kind and made me feel at ease since the very first moment. Finally, the photographer was very professional and friendly. Such a fabulous morning with my best mate. Makeup and hair were done to perfection and our photographer Panos made the shoot so much fun. It was surprisingly easy to pose for the photo’s and enjoy doing it. Very professional and worth every penny, although very well priced too. Photo’s came out beautifully. WOW - what an amazing experience <3 My sister recently has moved out of London. Because I missed her a lot I decided to spend some quality fun time with her having spontaneous photo shoots at the Urban Vibe Studios. When we arrive to the studio we got into the fun vibe straight away. We were warmly welcomed by the super friendly staff. You all are AMAZING. We got some drinks to relax on a couch while listing to very energizing music. Very inspirational! We are absolutely in love in 50's so decided to do vintage style photos. We were very amazed how professional and skill full the staff were. It took only few minutes for the hairdresser and make-up artist to transform us into the Va Va Voom! Lots of great ideas way beyond our expectations! The photographer we had a real pleasure to work with was fantastic. He loved our idea and made great contribution to show us how to pose for each picture. We laughed a lot. He had visions on how to get the best look on our pictures. He also helped us to choose the right outfit and accessories. What more do you need? We were very impressed! When the photo shoots were done we sat all together to see all pictures on a big screen. We came with an idea to chose 2-3 best pictures and ended up getting 23 - they were all too good not to keep! Amazing day - MEMORIES FOREVER. We will definitely do it again with our loved ones. This is definitely an experience to be recommended! I went with a friend, Linda - we were both a little apprehensive and not sure what to expect. However, we needn't have worried - we were put at ease immediately we arrived, the make-up girls did an amazing job and the photo shoot was tremendous fun - the photographer made us feel very relaxed and got the best out of both of us. When we were shown the photos at the end, it was very difficult to decide which ones not to take - they were all so good! The experience definitely exceeded my expectations and I would say to anyone who might be unsure about it - just give it a go!

We had a great afternoon at Urban Vibe Studios! Our host James was very welcoming and fun! Sonia took care of my make-up and hair, she had great advice and the result was amazing. Special thanks to Danny our photographer who was so cool during the photo session, he is energetic and makes you absolutely feel comfortable. He has all the tecnics to make you look at your best. I did the session at Urban Vibe with my two fairly demanding teenage daughters, at the suggestion of a friend who had previously been with her daughter. We were really impressed by the skill and professionalism of everyone involved and by the efforts made to ensure that we all had an enjoyable experience. Most importantly the resulting photos were really fabulous! Special mention has to go to Panos, our charming photographer (who made the process look much easier than I'm sure it was) and Nicky who helped us tackle the otherwise impossible task of choosing from so many lovely pictures. Had a lovely time at the photoshoot....and the photos are amazing to say the least. The photographer makes you feel comfortable and they take the time to get the best shots. Other staff make you feel comfortable before and after the shoot as they help you select your best shots. We got a good package for the entire photo shoot and makeover. I had a photoshoot at Urban Vibe today with a friend and I can’t thank them enough for how welcoming and lovely they were! The staff constantly offered refreshments and made us feel comfortable. I would just personally would like to warn that if you are an incredibly self conscious person, and not very comfortable in your own skin like myself, then this kind of experience is not for you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the way Urban Vibe is run, the staff are talented and kind, however I left today not liking a single photo taken of myself and left feeling worse about my looks than I already did, due to being self-conscious. However, if you are a more confident person you’ll have a fantastic day here!

Had the most amazing day with me and my cousin. Got given this day as an early birthday present, loved getting the VIP treatment from all the staff. It was like a spa day meets fashion. The staff at Urban Vibe are so lovely and the atmosphere is relaxed and professional. The bucks fizz on arrival was the start to a great afternoon. First my makeup and hair - amazing - loved my glamorous look - next the photo shoot - i was nervous about the clothes i brought but the photographer immediately had it sorted as to what went with what and the order he would shoot in and the look to go for casual or formal - so pressure off me to even worry about it. Plenty of photos taken with all different backgrounds and poses to suit the look of your outfit - very professional. The final bit then the viewing of my photos - i was blown away - didnt think that i could ever look how i looked - fantastic.

Great uplifting experience at Urban Vibes this morning. Made to feel very welcome by the girls. Hair and make up amazing as were the photos. Charlene captured my best side, I didn't think it was possible to look so good! I have always looked uncomfortable and awkward in photos but this was not the case today. Had the most wonderful day and the customer service was superb. It was so homey and we were offered drinks as soon as we came in. The photographer was so easy to work with and he directed us through the whole shoot,. I went for a session last week with my mum, and have done a few of these makeover shoots before, I usually don't hand out 5 stars but this company have done it right. The staff are incredible, so friendly and welcoming, its a very personalised experience. The quality of the day and the way they treat you is outstanding. I just did my photoshoot today, my best friend recommended me to Urban Vibe Studios and It has been amazing experience! All the team does a wonderful job, I don't like to take pictures of myself and I felt very comfortable through the whole session. Seeing after the results of the photoshoot I couldn't be happier, out of 76 pictures taken I have struggled a lot to narrow them down!! Highly recommend it! I have already referred friends myself!

What a wonderful experience! I brought this as a gift for my mum and me as we don't really have photos taken together. I must say this is by far the best studio I have been too because of the different background drops and props! We arrived a little late but the host James told us to not stress and that made me feel more at ease. The make up artists were brilliant too, my mum and I had an idea of what we had in mind and the artists did a wonderful job, especially as mum doesn't usually wear make up. The photographer Iggy makes you feel so comfortable and shows you how to pose which doesn't always feel natural but as he told us 'we do it naturally everyday we just don't realise.' He had excellent ideas of what to do and explained it well! Whilst the photo was being taken there's was music being played which is really relaxing. We were fortunate to get photoshoot outside which was great fun! Nicola showed us the photos and gave great advice on packages and prices! Overall a brilliant day out with mum! I am really pleased with the photos we now have!

Wow wow wow what a fabulous experience.From the minute you walked through the door you were made to feel very special. All the staff were friendly and put you at your ease. The photographer was a genius he made you feel so relaxed. I have never liked one photograph of myself in my entire life and always disliked having pictures taken, that has all changed now. Never thought looking gorgeous and relaxed during photo shoot could be that easy. Due to unluckily situation I went to the UV by my own yet thanks to everyone in the studio it was never an issue. What a beautiful day we spent with the team at Urban Vibe. I have to say that we all were made to feel so welcome, right from the very first phone call I made, to being greeted at the studio. I took my two daughters along for a birthday treat. It was my daughter Molly's 13th birthday. I was a bit apprehensive because Molly is disabled after suffering a brain injury when she was 6. Due to her disabilities, I wasn't sure if she would be able to make full use of the shoot and makeover. However, any apprehension I had felt soon disappeared. Both stylists were fantastic and made both girls feel like little princesses. The actual shoot was brilliant too, very relaxing and extremely professional. After the shoot was over, we were called in to view our photos and wow, we were amazed at how fabulous they were! We sat there for sometime choosing them as we had bought the 22 photo package. It was was going to be so hard to pick 22 photos out of about 120 brilliant photos. So, thank goodness we didn't have to choose in the end thanks to a very generous offer to have the whole shoot for an utter bargain! We all got on so well with everyone at Urban Vibe and there were even a few tears as we said goodbye. Thank you to everyone, you were awesome. I can't tell you how much that meant to Molly, Daisy and Dad. Your kindness, thoughtfulness, generosity, love and compassion will never be forgotten. Wow what a great day. I came down for a shoot on a promotional voucher I bought, immediately greated by staff and felt very warm and welcomed. The hair and makeup were fantastic and I learnt a lot. On set I was a bit scared to start with but after about 10mins I felt so natural and had such a good time, I even got taken outside and when viewing the photos the outdoor ones were my faves by far. The lady showing me the photos was very nice I ended up buying a few more too as they were so good I just couldn’t leave without them. The quality these guys produce is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff are so friendly and helped me boost my confidence during the shoot and helped me with the different poses. It is so relaxed and helpful, they do amazing hair and make up which was another confidence boost. I've never done anything like this before but I came right out of my shell!!

Oh.My.Days ! An absolutely amazing experience ! From before arriving til the end of the evening,way after the shoot was done ,the feeling of wellness still lingered ! A few minutes before my appointment ,they called me to check if I can find my way. Once arrived there ,they were super friendly ,the make up and the hair was ( and I can't believe myself for saying this) ON FLEEK ! I'm not one to look in the mirror and like what I see but I absolutely loved the result ! The photoshoot was an incredibly smooth experience. Big thanks to Panos ,the photographer. He had a very calming vibe about him to begin with but the fact that he's very imaginative ,he also knows how to direct you,by giving you indication with his body ,not just verbal . It might not sound like out of extraordinary,but for someone who suffers of severe anxiety and often experiences disassociative episode, I find it easier to imitate than listen to instructions so that made a massive difference. Big thank you to the whole Urban Vibe team . I had an amazing day !

To say I was over-the-moon with the final photos would be an understatement. There is good reason why Urban Vibes is one of the highest rating studios in London. My experience was superb. I real confidence boost. When it comes to having promotional shots taken, for linked in and website etc. I am a seasoned professional. Before Urban Vibes, I was more or less having to select the best photos from a not-so-great bunch. My smile was be a bit unnatural etc To be fair, I am just not all that photogenic to begin with! My final Urban Vibe photos, however were different. They captured my personality and provided me with the exact shots I was hoping for. We even did a few fashion shots at the end. It was fun seeing myself a different light. The staff were great. Experienced, warm, compassionate and professional. (Huge thanks to Nicola, Elena, Sonia and Panos btw!) They made me feel like I wasn't just another number to be processed through the chain that day. Thanks again Urban Vibes. You rock!
