I ordered my son's picture but didnt get it. I emailed them and the reply was very quick. Their staff was very helpful and professional. I got my picture delievered at my home in a couple of days.

The sales ladies are always lovely when I phone and email with questions about school photos. The prices are reasonable when you are ordering more than one child's photo too 🙂 Only thing is I usually get 2 or 3 photos to choose which i like best, but didn't get that option this year. But I'm still pleased with this year's photos.

Top service, love the fact that user accounts can have multiple photos. I also added photos from previous years into my account, so they're all in one place ready to be printed. Love the idea. They also do family packs which is excellent value for siblings.

Photographer for my daughter's school, recently did the class photograph and I emailed John Hunt directly asking if they could crop her out of the class photo so I could also have a photo of her on her own because it was a lovely picture, I received a quick friendly reply, no problems at all, they was able to do my request at a very reasonable price, always nice photos.

Really pleased with our school photos. The photographer has obviously engaged well with our child as he is smiling naturally and looks adorable. Great value packages for professional photos, ones that we will treasure forever. Customer service also replied to my email efficiently and politely. No problem with the photos or service offered here. Looking at some of the other reviews here I doubt their validity, as why would you go back somewhere three years in a row if it's not up to scratch? Sour grapes from a rival perhaps?"Some people really confuse me.

Very unprofesional photographers WHO miss eye for detail ( messy hair, colars etc) dont take time to do their best .Portrait photoes trimmed so part of heads missing. Not happy with outcome third year in row.
